So today's Yoga Nidra is about manifesting while you sleep.
So yoga nidra for manifestation and deep breaths.
So what is yoga nidra?
So yoga nidra is yogic sleep.
So it's a state between waking and sleeping.
Where the body rests deeply.
Where the subconscious mind becomes open and receptive.
So tonight.
We plant new seeds into the fertile soil of your subconscious.
Seeds of abundance.
Ease.
Before we begin.
Make any small movements your body needs.
So you can become completely comfortable.
And allow your legs.
To be lying in your bed or on a yoga mat with a blanket.
Your arms softly resting beside you.
Palms facing upward if that feels comfortable.
Gently close your eyes if you haven't already.
And know that for the next little while.
There is nothing else you need to be.
Nowhere you need to be.
Nowhere you need to go.
Take a deep breath in through the nose.
And exhale slowly through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale deeply.
And exhale completely.
One more time.
Breathing in peace.
And breathing out.
What no longer serves you.
Feel the body becoming heavier now.
The muscles softening.
The nervous system slowing down.
The mind becoming quieter.
With your yarn connector.
That set your sankalpa,
Your intention.
A short positive statement.
Planted deeply into the subconscious mind.
Your sankalpa is not something you force.
Is your truth.
And your soul is ready to embody.
Repeat your sankalpa.
Three times with feeling and awareness.
It could be I receive with ease.
I trust the timing of my life.
I'm worthy of abundance and rest.
Or something you're personally working with.
Repeat it in your mind.
Three times.
And let it manifest,
Let it come into your life.
Now we begin rotating awareness through the body.
There is nothing to do.
Simply listen.
And allow awareness to move effortlessly.
Bring awareness to the right hand thumb.

Feel the whole right side of the body.
Whole left side of the body.
Whole body together.
Whole body resting.
Whole body breathing.
Become aware of the natural breath.
Do not change it.
Simply observe.
Notice the gentle rise of the belly as you inhale.
And the soft fall as you exhale.
Rise and fall.
Rise and fall.
Now imagine with every inhalation.
You breathe in golden light.
And with every exhalation.
The body releases tension.
Inhaling peace.
Exhaling surrender.
And begin mentally counting the breath backwards.
From 27 to 1.

Exhale.
Continue silently at your own pace.
If you lose count.
Gently begin again.
Now let that breath go.
Now bring awareness to the sensations.
Of heaviness.
Feel the whole body.
Becoming deeply heavy.
Heavy limbs.
Heavy muscles.
Heavy bones.
As though sinking gently into the earth.
Now experience lightness.
The body becoming weightless.
Floating.
As though drifting effortlessly through space.
Feel coldness.
Cool air across the skin.
A fresh night breeze.
Now we'll.

Golden warmth surrounding the entire body.
Comforting.
Nourishing.
Experience complete stillness.
Utter calm,
Deep peace.
Imagine now that you're walking beneath a starlit sky.
The air is warm and peaceful.
Ahead of you a beautiful garden.
This is your subconscious mind.
A sacred space where manifestations are planted and nurtured.
As you walk through this garden.
You notice glowing flowers.
Blooming all around you.
Each flower represents a dream already unfolding.
One flower for abundance.
One for joy.
One for P.
One for purpose.
One for healing.
Even if you cannot yet,
See these manifestations fully in your waking life.
They're already growing beneath the surface.
Quietly.
Naturally.
Beautifully.
In the centre of the garden is a golden pool of light.
Step gently into it.
And instantly.
Your whole body fills with radiant golden energy.
This light moves through every cell.
Releasing old subconscious beliefs.
Releasing fear,
Releasing struggle.
Releasing the belief.
That you must overwork to receive.
Now return to your sankalpa.
Your intention.
Repeat it silently.
Three times.
And let it manifest,
Let it come into your life.
With complete trust and feeling.
Noticing your body lying.
You can either Drift off now into a deep sleep.
Or gently awaken your body.
