Begin by sitting up nice and tall,
Take a soft gaze forward or gently close your eyes.
Relax the shoulders back and down and begin by taking a first few moments to just settle into your body.
Maybe scan the body from head to toe,
Not trying to change anything but rather just noticing what is and how you are feeling.
Now begin to notice your breath,
Again don't try to change anything but rather just notice its natural ebb and flow.
Sadness is a natural part of life but do not let yourself be overwhelmed by the sadness.
Sit with the emotion,
Breathe,
Sometimes we just need to feel it and let it flow through us.
Life can be sad and yet beautiful.
The beauty is dimmed when the sadness wells up and the beauty will return when the sadness leaves.
Beauty lies in life's imperfections and its sadness reminds us of the depths of our emotions.
The good life is not immune to sadness but one in which suffering contributes to our development.
Be strong now because things will get better,
It might be stormy but it can't rain forever.
Now come back to your breath and slowly open your eyes if they were closed,
Learn to see the beauty in everything beginning with yourself.
Life will always be beautiful when you choose to see the beauty in every moment.
When you are feeling sad I challenge you to go take a walk and consciously find three things that are beautiful to you at that exact time.
As you awaken to your divine nature you will develop a greater appreciation for life in general.
Now say to yourself,
I am who I am.
Life is too beautiful to be sad and depressed,
The sun comes up every day and it's beautiful.
I am who I am.
Life is too beautiful to be sad and depressed,
The sun comes up every day and it's beautiful.
Have a wonderful rest of your day and I'm sending you so much love.
