Welcome to your it's okay to have a bad day EFT tapping meditation.

This meditation is really just meant to help you if you're having a bad day and to just validate that that is normal and it's okay to have a bad day and it doesn't mean that you have to sit there and think about all the things that you're grateful for and all the good things that happen because maybe you don't feel like it.

Maybe nothing good happened today and we're just going to wait for tomorrow.

We're going to start over again tomorrow and that is totally okay today.

So go ahead and get comfortable and all you have to do is listen to the prompts of where I tell you to tap and then I'm going to say a phrase and you either need to just say it out loud after me or just feel what I say.

So let's begin by taking a deep breath in and out.

Start tapping at the side of your hand.

Even though I'm having a bad day I fully love and accept myself.

Even though I've definitely felt better I fully love and accept myself.

I know that having a bad day is normal and tomorrow is bound to be better and I fully love and accept myself.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow,

I hate today.

Side eye,

It sucks.

Under eye,

I don't like when I have bad days.

Under nose,

It doesn't feel good.

Under mouth,

I want to release all the heaviness that I feel right now.

Collarbone,

I know that every day can't be amazing.

Under your armpit,

But sometimes it just sucks when I actually have to face a bad day.

Top of the head,

Sometimes it feels like a lot for me to deal with.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow,

I don't want to be as upset as I am right now.

Side eye,

But I am upset.

Under eye,

I don't like how today's gone.

Under nose,

And it was just truly annoying to deal with today.

Under mouth,

It wasn't ideal.

Collarbone,

But I know that's okay.

Under your armpit,

And I allow myself to release all of these feelings.

Top of the head,

It's okay that today wasn't great for me.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow,

What if I knew that it was okay to have a bad day?

Side eye,

What if I knew that everyone had bad days?

Under eye,

Even people who seem to have it all together.

Under nose,

What if I allowed myself to have a bad day from time to time?

Under mouth,

And told myself that it would be okay no matter what.

Collarbone,

What if I believe that tomorrow will be better?

Under your armpit,

What if I just allow today to happen?

Top of the head,

And to know that every day won't be like this one,

But it's okay that today wasn't great.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow,

I didn't have a great day today.

Side eye,

And that's okay.

Under eye,

It's okay that today wasn't amazing.

Under nose,

It's okay that today didn't feel great.

Under mouth,

Every day doesn't have to be amazing.

Collarbone,

I don't have to be grateful for something every day.

Under your armpit,

I can be if it feels right for me.

Top of the head,

But sometimes it might not feel right,

And that's okay.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow,

I allow myself to just have a bad day.

Side eye,

I don't need to assess everything that happened.

Under eye,

Unless I want to.

Under nose,

I don't need to try to feel better about my day.

Under mouth,

I allow myself to just have had a day that I didn't love.

Collarbone,

And I allow that to be okay.

Under your armpit,

I allow myself this time.

Top of the head,

And I know every day won't feel like this.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Eyebrow,

I know tomorrow will be a better day.

Side eye,

Tomorrow will be different than today.

Under eye,

And I welcome that.

Under nose,

I welcome seeing what tomorrow brings me.

Under mouth,

I'm grateful to be able to start over tomorrow.

Collarbone,

And I can let go of what happened today.

Under your armpit,

And allow myself to be open to what tomorrow may bring me.

Top of the head,

It's okay that today wasn't great,

But I look forward to tomorrow,

And I fully love and accept myself.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Okay,

That is the end of this EFT tapping meditation on knowing that it's okay to have a bad day.

I truly hope right now you feel more settled in the fact that if today wasn't great for you,

It's okay.

It's okay to just have this day and know that we have tomorrow,

We have this coming week,

We have this coming month.

Everything doesn't have to depend on today,

And it's okay that today was the way that it was.

So I hope that you're feeling okay after this tapping,

And I truly hope you have a great rest of your day,

Or a great rest of tomorrow if today again does not feel great for you.
