Transcript

Get into your breath.

Take a few moments to just wriggle out any kinks.

Take a few deep breaths.

Energizing,

Nourishing,

And welcoming your body into your meditation space.

Allowing yourself to soften and release any tension.

Relaxing the jaw and the eyes.

Allowing the chin to tuck slightly so you've got that length up through the back of the neck.

And you can follow that energy line down to the tail.

Becoming aware of the base of your body.

Becoming aware of the space your body fills.

The shape your body takes.

The breath moving in and out of the body.

And the feeling of your arms resting,

Your legs supporting you.

The feeling of your clothes against your skin.

The air rushing your cheek.

The sounds around you.

And what's more,

Bringing your awareness to the base of your body.

And sending roots out from your base into the earth.

As far as they need to go to spread down into the earth.

And connect with Mother Nature,

With Gaia,

Mother Earth.

Connect with her energy,

Her essence.

Allowing yourself to become grounded.

To settle into your own skin.

To feel held and supported and safe.

To surrender all of the expectations you've heaped upon yourself.

And to just be present in this moment.

Allowing those roots that you have set into the earth to keep you grounded.

So as the world changes around you.

As you change through your evolution and your growth as you move through each day,

Each week,

Each month and each year.

You stay grounded.

You stay earth.

You stay centered.

Steady and able to bend and move with the changes.

Able to yield.

Able to surrender.

Able to be open and receptive.

As you release any resistance.

Breathe any resistance out of your body.

Send them down through those roots.

Allow Mother Earth to take that resistance from you and transmute it into a more useful energy.

If you keep hitting a wall of resistance,

Take a moment to feel into it.

What emotion comes up with that resistance?

Where are you most resistant to change?

What are you unwilling to let go of in this moment and why?

Breathe into that feeling and sit with the feelings that arise.

Comfortable,

Uncomfortable.

You are safe in this space.

Allow your feelings.

Embrace them,

Accept them.

Breathe them out.

Where are you resisting change?

What is holding you back from moving forward into a more spectacular existence?

More grounded,

More joyful,

More abundant existence.

Allow your awareness to move down to your left ankle.

The left side of our body is the side that tends to connect us to our past.

If you have any aches or pains in the left ankle,

Or maybe you just feel weighted down there,

If you're visual,

Visualize a shackle attached to a ball and chain on that ankle.

If you're not visual,

Feel,

Feel the restriction of that.

This is where you're holding on to all of the things that have held you back from moving forward,

From embracing change,

From allowing change into your world.

Things are holding you back,

Messages,

Experiences.

People from your past.

Maybe messages that you are not good enough,

You're not worthy,

You're not capable,

You're not strong,

You're not powerful.

This energy dwells in that left ankle,

In that massive ball and chain.

Unlock it.

Pick out a key and unlock it.

Release yourself from that burden.

You do not need to carry your past with you.

Those experiences have made you stronger,

More resilient,

More capable,

More powerful,

More able to stride into the future with confidence.

Embrace your abundance.

Release that ball and chain.

Explode it,

Dissolve it.

Throw it into the ocean.

Whatever it is you need to do to let it go,

Roll it away from you until it becomes nothing but a speck in the distance.

And then blow it away with a big gust of wind.

Take a deep breath in and just sigh that out as you let go of the past that has been holding you back.

And now feeling more empowered.

Allow yourself to sit in your present.

This moment is all you need to change your future.

This moment.

Decisions you take in this moment.

The choices you make in this moment.

The choice to be present.

To be alive in this moment.

To experience life as it is right now and right now.

In this moment.

All is as it should be.

All is well.

This moment holds the power of change.

Your power.

Your power to choose.

Your power to change your mind.

Your power to just sit and be and allow.

Your power to find peace within yourself.

Call your energy back from the future,

The past.

All of the thoughts that swim around.

The uncertainty of the future.

Maybe the regrets of the past.

Bring your energy back as you leave those things in the past and the future.

And you energize yourself into this present moment.

Sit into this.

Feel into this.

Be here with yourself right now.

Experiencing your breath,

Your body.

The energy that runs through you,

The prana.

The energy that is you.

The light.

The life force.

Allowing the energy from the earth,

That beautiful grounding,

Earthing energy that we have maintained through our entire practice.

Allow that to rise up.

Allow it to rise up above the crown.

Allow your awareness to rise up 300 feet or more connecting to the source of light above you.

And let that light pour down upon you like liquid sunlight through you and over you.

Allow your awareness to expand beyond just your physical body.

As you connect to the truth that you are connected to all there is.

Everything and everyone.

You are never alone.

You are never not supported.

You are never not loved.

And you are never not enough.

Breathe into the truth of those thoughts,

Those words.

And take a few moments to say a few loving words to yourself.

Breathe into the truth of those thoughts.

Setting an intention to take you through the rest of your day,

The rest of your week,

The rest of your year.

No punctuation whatsoever.

Sit into this space.

Feeling fully empowered,

Energized,

Present.

Stay here for as long as you like.

You can open your eyes.
