Make yourself nice and comfortable.

Feel free to have a little bit of a jiggle around,

A little roll out of those shoulders.

Checking in with the neck and the spine.

It's allowing your body to settle.

Finding that lovely,

Calm,

Centered space.

Finding the contact of the ground or the seat.

Maybe just rocking a little bit from side to side,

Just getting to know the sitting bones on each side.

And eventually finding that space between them.

As you find your center,

You can close your eyes or gaze to the floor.

Relax your jaw.

Relax your eyes,

The eyelids,

That space between the eyebrows.

Starting to find your stillness.

Your stillness.

And feeling the earth underneath you.

Allowing your energy and your awareness to move down to the earth.

Getting a sense of that earthy smell.

Getting a sense of the solidness and the stability.

And then going through the earth's crust.

And getting a sense of the nurturing,

Of the abundance,

And of all the growth that takes place in the belly of the earth,

As you connect to the essence of Mother Earth.

Papatuanuku Gaya.

Breathe your energy down,

And feel yourself connecting to the base of your body,

Your root chakra.

Connecting to the roots that anchor you to the earth.

Bringing you a sense of security.

Of stability and comfort.

Of strength.

And then allowing your awareness to move back into your body.

Moving up towards the crown of your head.

As you move through the centers of your body,

As you notice how you feel,

Tune into an awareness of your internal world right now.

And it's okay if the mind is buzzing and busy.

That's just the mind.

That's what it does.

Tune into your breath and that gentle rise and fall of your breath.

Allow the breath to move down into the very base of your lungs,

So you feel the rise and fall of the belly.

Belly expanding as you breathe in,

As the lungs fill up and your diaphragm moves downwards.

And as you exhale,

The diaphragm moves back up so the belly comes back in.

A gentle,

Easy abdominal breath.

Continue to find softness in your face and your jawline.

And enjoy that soothing,

Nourishing breath,

Calming your nervous system,

Taking you into the parasympathetic nervous system of rest and digest.

Digesting the information that's come to you this week.

Digesting the new knowledge that you've acquired.

Digesting your own inner wisdom.

And allowing yourself to be at rest,

To be at peace,

To be contented with where you are right now,

In this moment.

Allow your shoulders to soften.

Allow the outer world to just drift on by,

As you maintain your connection to your inner world.

Your breath,

Your heartbeat,

The gentle thoughts floating through as you breathe those out.

Allow an internal light to move into your chest,

Into your heart space.

As you breathe,

Observe this light.

Maybe it's warm,

Maybe it's bright,

Maybe it's soft and fuzzy.

Maybe it has a color to it.

Just breathe and observe softly,

Without judgment,

Without thought.

Allow your awareness to float upwards from this beautiful space that you've created.

And your heart and your chest,

This beautiful warm comfortable space.

Allow your awareness to rise up to the crown and just hover above your head.

And either visualizing or feeling into a beautiful big lotus flower unfolding above you.

Petal by petal.

A thousand petals opening up and welcoming in prana,

Life force energy.

And at the very center of this lotus is a little golden orb of light.

And at the very center of that golden orb of light,

As your higher self,

Your higher consciousness,

The true essence of who you really are,

Gaze into that light.

Observe the radiance of your being.

Observe the sense of contentment and knowing that all is well.

Observe the sense of wonder.

Observe the vastness of your true self.

And allow that light to move down through the lotus,

Down into the crown of your head,

And down into that beautiful welcoming space that you created in your chest.

Allow it to sit and settle as you welcome yourself home.

You welcome yourself into your own strong and loving embrace.

And you allow this light to fill your heart space.

Allowing it to heal the wounded child that sits inside there as well.

Allowing it to forgive any things you found unforgivable in your life.

Allowing it to spread light into the darkest corners of your body.

Just take a journey into yourself and allow this light to move into all parts.

Embrace the wisdom from within you,

Embrace the healing power that you hold within yourself.

If you've been feeling stressed or anxious or worried,

Ask yourself right now,

Where am I not loving myself enough?

Where am I not loving myself enough?

And as the answer floats or floods in,

Bring in that love.

Nourish yourself with the power of love unconditional,

Kind,

Gentle and powerful.

And if the answer you get is,

You are,

You're loving yourself plenty,

That's awesome.

And if it's a different answer,

That's awesome too because now you can nourish that part of yourself that was feeling lonely,

That was feeling scared.

Allow the warmth of this internal light,

This little seed to grow and spread into every single part of your body.

Feeling not just the light but a lightness in your whole body and notice that you are now sitting in that lotus.

A thousand lifetimes around you,

A thousand possibilities,

A thousand choices,

Thousands and thousands of options all waiting for you to choose.

Whatever it is you would like is right here,

All around you,

Within you and all around just waiting for your command as a conscious creator of your world.

You get to choose how you want your world to be,

Every moment,

Every second of every single day.

That is your power,

That is your blessing,

That is your strength.

Breathe that in as you sit in this beautiful soft lotus that surrounds you,

Embraces you and holds you.

And just be,

Be in this moment,

Be with this breath,

Be with yourself right now.

Breathe that in as you sit in this beautiful soft lotus that surrounds you,

Embraces you and holds you.

Breathe that in as you sit in this beautiful soft lotus that surrounds you.

Allow the ideas to float on through and notice when there is a spark of genius.

Don't allow that one to drift by.

Breathe that in to your soul and remember to take action on it after your meditation.

Any action that comes from your soul's inspiration is sure to bring you joy,

Abundance and fulfillment.

Feel this energy of love and light around you.

Breathe that in and take a few more moments to give thanks to yourself,

To your higher self,

Your super conscious self,

That spark of light from within.

And give thanks to everything in your life as you move through your day today.

Ask yourself,

Wouldn't it be wonderful if,

And just say all kinds of crazy things,

Allow your mind to expand,

Allow your experience to be bright and joyful.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if I found a thousand dollars,

Wouldn't it be wonderful if my crush said hi to me,

Wouldn't it be wonderful if someone gave me a free cup of tea.

Go through your day playing this beautiful game and noticing how joyful and expensive you feel as you move through your day.

Take as long as you like to sit in this space and bask in this energy.

When you're ready you can softly start bringing yourself out of your meditation and back into this world so you can play your wouldn't it be wonderful if game.
