Universal Healing And Expansion Into Oneness With Soundscape

This meditation is backed by a soundscape of singing bowls, ocean drums and a rainstick and will take you out of the ego self and into the greater cosmos, connecting with the healing grid of the earth to bring healing to the listener and also raise the vibrations of the planet to evoke planetry healing and oneness with our infinite selves. You will feel deeply rested and connected after your cosmic journey.

Make sure that you are warm and snuggly and cozy and comfortable. Just take a moment or two just to wriggle into your body and find a position that's going to support your body and allow your spine to feel supported and your head to be supported on that spine and your body to be able to then soften and relax without being distracted by any discomfort. As you start to find your way gently more into yourself into your body maybe with some movement maybe with some breath you can gradually start to move towards stillness and drop your awareness more towards the breath just observing the breath to begin with it's always nice to get reacquainted with the breath our beautiful constant friend that's always there and maybe overlooked or taken for granted so bring your awareness to the rise and fall of the body the movement of the breath from nose all the way down through the lungs feeling the expansion of your body on your in-breath and the release on the out-breath every time we exhale we switch on the parasympathetic nervous system allowing the body to rest a little more and the inhalation brings back the sympathetic nervous system it's giving us a little boost of energy boost of energy allowing the body to come into balance so that our autonomic nervous system is working at an optimum level balancing the fluctuations of energy balancing how our body reacts to our thoughts and our feelings allowing us to maintain some sense of calm of peace of balance allowing your exhalations to be long and feeling the ease that moves through your body as you exhale and allowing your awareness to travel down your body to the base of your body and allowing your awareness to travel down your body to the base of your body feeling that solid base supporting you and then becoming aware of the earth energies as you send your awareness beyond your physical body and down through a grounding cord into the earth sending a little anchor down into the center of the earth allowing yourself to feel more grounded more connected to this planet more connected to the energies of the earth that sense of nurturing of expansion of growth of strength as you become grounded you become more able to adapt to changes and fluctuations in your life and in your world and as you feel that lovely solid grounding cord attached to the earth bring your awareness back into your body and just sit into the space of your body sit into your breath as your body breathes you and allow your inhalations to bring a sense of expansion through your being feel the calming sensation of your exhale and feel the expansion and the possibility within your inhale allowing your awareness to expand beyond your single self your solar self your I self expand yourself into the energy of the room into the ether so now you still feel connected through your grounding core you can expand beyond the physical self and expand out into the planet and expand up and connect with that healing grid that cocoons our beautiful planet allow your awareness to expand into colors and shapes and sensations as you leave behind thoughts and ideas allow yourself to connect more to sensation and feeling and energy maybe your energy is a little uncomfortable a little disconnected right now that's okay see if you can change the color of that energy to something more soothing more comfortable and as you do that feel your energy expanding even more I'm really connecting and melding with the grid around the planet the beautiful healing grid that is there for us to tap into at all times limitless in its energy and potential and as you tap into this grid and tap into all the other souls that share this energy with you and the planet and feel how that feels as you realize that you're not alone it's not a small pocket but is a vast network of beautiful souls that are praying that are planning that are creating the best for our planet that are holding our planet in the highest regard and holding a vision of the beauty of our planet and our people allow yourself to be uplifted by this energy this vast network of beautiful loving kind compassionate and generous souls all connecting for the upliftment of our collective consciousness and the more we vibrate in this higher energy the more we invite others to lift their energy and join us and the more we vibrate in this energy the more we attract like-minded people into our spheres into our worlds and as you look down at the planet and you can see little pinpricks of light igniting all over as people are turned on tuned and tapped into this beautiful human grid that we are all a part of we are all contributing towards and maybe as you look at those little pinpricks of light lighting up all over the world you notice that you can no longer distinguish one from the other as you notice this beautiful bright cohesive stream of light allowing your own sensation of your body to dissolve as you join the stream as you become one with the light as you discard the things that are holding you back holding you down weighing you down just let those things dissolve and fall away allow yourself to be the light so allow yourself to bask in this energy allow yourself to dissolve into nothingness and to be reborn as everything and no thing and all there is release the restrictions you've put upon yourself and allow yourself to soar to expand to fly through the cosmos to dance through the stars to play with all the other light beings and to know that all is well in the grand scheme of the great big limitless universe all is well and the planet is just going through a little change a necessary change and you are here as a guide and a light being to shed the light into your little corner and as we all share our light we ignite the entire planet and unite the entire planet in a common goal of raising our vibration and releasing our fear our limitations and our stuckness allow yourself to remain connected to all there is and at the same time sit back into your physical body feeling more expanded feeling more aligned and in tune and attuned to the frequencies of love and truth and kindness and abundance for all for all feel that vibrate through your cells feel that hum through your atoms and breathe into your own inner light your own power and strength and then settle into your light of love allow that light to fill you up so that you hold a great sense of reverence and love for yourself allowing yourself to be filled to overflowing knowing that no matter how much love you give out there will always be an overflowing amount for you you are the source and your awareness down into your grounding core just making sure that you are still grounded so you can move through your day feeling light yet connected to the earth and as you smile in words to yourself maybe saying a word or two of appreciation and love and taking a few more moments just a bask in this energy and really tune yourself to this frequency and when you feel completely attuned if there's any last words you'd like to say to yourself just continue to fill yourself up until you're ready to take all of this light and love and spread it to your family and your friends allowing yourself a few more moments so so so and then slowly taking a few breaths so and opening your eyes
