Connect To Your Spirit Guides

In this 15-minute practice you’ll travel to the angelic realm and connect to 2 different spirit guides, angels, archangels, ascended masters or ancestors and receive their guidance and wisdom. These might be guides that you’re familiar with, or they might be new to you. Once you have connected with your spirit guide during in this meditation, you will be able to draw on their support, wisdom and healing whenever you need, and you can revisit this practice at any time.

I’m really enjoying this meditation! Any insight as to why I might get a mild headache in the top right side of my head when doing this one? I’ve never experienced this before. It’s gone once it’s over. I am admittedly very “left brained” and am wondering if this could be my spirit guides telling me to release overthinking and tap into my creative side. Thank you!
