You are held here.
There is no rush to do anything more,
Simply allowing for this moment.
Allowing yourself to rest in this moment.
Allowing yourself to find the quiet in this moment.
Give yourself this time.
To be.
Let this be a moment where there is nothing required of you.
Begin by checking in with where your baby is,
Noticing where your baby is so that you can then return to yourself in this moment.
Whether they're present with you.
Or held elsewhere.
Returning to yourself gently.
Orienting in the space,
Finding some kind of safety within the space by noticing what's around you scanning the room until you find something that feels nourishing in this moment where you can begin to breathe with this item and land in the space eyes neutral until you feel ready to bring your eyes to a close Breathing in now.
Softening into the body now.
Noticing the breath without changing it.
And slowly begin to deepen the breath.
Just ever so slightly.
Maybe even bringing in some level of constriction to the throat so you can hear your breath.
So you can be reminded that you are in this space.
Allow yourself to land here allow yourself to Soften the inhale and maybe make the exhale even softer in this moment.
Bringing this awareness to the breath while also beginning to bring awareness to your abdomen.
Bringing awareness now to your space where once your baby lay.
Nothing to do but just bring awareness.
Breathing now down towards the scar.
No need to bring in any touch,
Just noticing.
And as you breathe down into this space into the scar begin to notice what sensations are here as you notice and become curious Is there any numbness?
Any tenderness?
I need tightness.
Maybe there's a spaciousness.
Be with whatever arises for you as you breathe down into that space.
Let it all be here without needing to understand anything that's coming up for you.
I'm noticing here that You can be simply with your breath.
With nothing to fix.
Allow the breath to move towards this space circling.
And tending to this space.
Allow your body to be integrating into this moment.
And as you breathe down towards the scar.
Notice how each inhale creates just a little more space.
A little more softness around the edges.
Checking in now with your nervous system.
What comes up?
Is there any tension held anywhere else within the body?
Any tension in the jaw,
Shoulders,
Chest.
Can you breathe a full breath and notice that on each exhale you can soften even further into the body to create space and tenderness.
Return again to the scar and the breath and if it feels right for you in this moment begin to gently place a hand over your womb,
Over your belly,
Not pressing,
Just resting,
Offering warmth.
Offering this presence.
A reminder that we are not here to rush healing.
Your body is already doing the work.
That you are simply allowing yourself to be.
Remain held in this moment.
Remain held by the earth beneath you,
Mothering you,
Tending to you,
By your breath,
Allow yourself to continue to be with this cycle of breath as you breathe into the body,
Softening into your edges,
Taking that breath towards the scar where your hand may be placed if that feels welcomed bringing in warmth,
Bringing in touch,
Bringing in presence,
Bringing in breath and softening into the earth of the Great Mother.
And continue to be with that breath for as long as you need noticing if your eyes have come to a close now the invitation is to close the eyes or remain neutral in gaze towards the item that you were with at the beginning remembering that your body knows how to repair,
How to restore,
How to return This is an invitation to remain here for as long as you need with this breath.
This somatic breath to bring in this tender love.
And as this closes,
Remain here for as long as you need.
Holding you,
Witnessing you in it all.
With so much love.
