Allowing yourself this moment to orient into the space.
Find yourself with the breath.
Breathing into the body.
Exhaling out with.
No need to change the breath,
No need to make the breath deeper or faster or Any of those things just.
.
.
Be in this moment.
Spend the time orienting around the space.
Just noticing.
The space that you're in.
The light,
The items.
The things,
Or maybe you're in nature.
Noticing everything that's around you.
Find something that feels nourishing for you in this moment,
Something that you can gaze at,
Be with,
Return to as and when you need.
And remain there with a neutral gaze.
Option to bring eyes to a close.
Doesn't win.
Continue to notice the breath,
This rhythm of being alive.
Inviting in a softer breath.
A slower exhale,
Perhaps.
As the breath moves through your body like a quiet tide,
In and out.
In and out.
And bring this awareness.
Down in towards the pelvis.
To this space where something has changed.
Maybe it changed recently,
Maybe it changed.
Many moons ago.
We're not here to name the change.
We're not here to define this space.
We're just noticing now.
The pelvis.
We're noticing what is here in this space in terms of sensations.
Maybe in times of absence.
Maybe fullness.
Certainly returning to stillness.
Whatever arises for you it all belongs in this moment in this space And as you breathe,
Allow the breath to move into.
The space that we speak of within the pelvis.
We're not here to fill it.
This space.
But we're here to acknowledge it.
Acknowledging how the body is reorganizing.
And has reorganized over time.
Checking in now with any thoughts that arise.
What arises when you meet this space,
This pelvis?
This breath.
This moment.
Is there grief?
Is there a relief?
Is there confusion?
Is there quiet?
Allowing everything to be here without needing to move anything.
Continue to be with.
This breath.
This in and out breath.
And every time you exhale.
Can you soften,
Even by just 10%?
Maybe just 5%.
Maybe.
Just one percent.
Can you just allow?
For some.
Softer breaths that allow the body to land.
Even more so.
Onto the earth,
The great mother who's holding you.
Softening your jaw.
Your chest.
Your belly.
Your pelvic floor.
Noticing this life within you.
The sensations that arise.
Noticing you in their space.
And if it feels aligned.
You could bring a hand on your lower belly.
Maybe even bringing a hand.
To the lower belly and the heart.
Maybe just the lower belly or just the heart.
Holding yourself.
As it resonates for you in this moment.
And at the same time not asking anything of your body in this moment.
Continuing with the breath.
Continuing to hold yourself gently.
Noticing any thoughts that continue to arise,
Being with them and allowing them to move through the body as you breathe.
Continuing to feel supported by the earth below,
Rooting you here.
Allowing yourself this moment to be exactly where you are exactly where you are.
Continue to be in this moment as this meditation closes for as long as you need.
Holding you,
Always.
