Finding yourself in a comfortable seated position or lying down and tuning in to whatever you need at this moment in your cycle.
Taking in a long deep breath through the nose,
Down into the belly,
Softening on the exhale into the space you're landing into.
Exhaling out of the mouth or the nose and doing this two more times to signify that this is your time in your space.
Acknowledging your needs at this time,
Being with your needs and tuning into the sensations in the body.
Every time our cycle adjusts and moves and changes,
It's a reminder to ourselves to tune into our inner needs,
A reminder to ourselves to check in with any rising sensations and what the body is needing,
Desiring,
Craving.
And every time we say yes to the body and we surrender to the needs of the body,
Every time we do this,
Yes.
We say yes to ourselves overall and it has this beautiful domino effect into the rest of our life through our work or through play,
This honoring,
This yes,
All the no's that need to arise to allow ourselves to be with whatever it is that's coming up for us at any given moment in our cycle.
Continuing to soften into the space as the words land and bringing a hand to wherever,
Wherever the twinges,
Discomfort arises from within the body at this moment.
Tuning into wherever that is and placing a hand on that area,
Directing the breath to that space,
Breathing in deeply to that space,
Being with those sensations,
Nothing to change,
Nothing to adjust,
But being with them.
Ovulation discomfort can come around for many cycle to cycle.
It's simply the body asking to tune into whatever it is that's being bathed and being created.
Perhaps that discomfort comes from an energetic,
Physical,
Emotional challenge that you're currently facing with creativity.
Now a cycle is a reminder of the cyclical nature of creating,
Resting,
Surrendering,
Being,
Creating,
Resting,
Surrendering,
Just being.
Ovulation is a reminder of how incredible the body is every single month.
And though the discomfort can arise and at times throw us into frustration,
There is nothing to be frustrated about if you allow yourself this time to tune into whatever's arising within the body.
Continue to breathe down into that discomfort,
Adjusting the body as you need to allow yourself to surrender into whatever's arising so that you can be more comfortable.
Ovulation can occur from both sides,
Or one side,
The right side of the body.
Your right is the masculine side of the body and your left is your feminine side of the body.
Perhaps you are with one ovary,
In which case the fallopian tube magically moves from one side to the other in order to retrieve that magical egg.
And as the egg moves down,
Down the fallopian tube,
It's a reminder of the seeds that we plant in order to birth our creativity.
And as you breathe into this moment,
Into the spaciousness you're creating,
Inhaling through the nose,
Dropping the shoulders away from the ears,
Tune into what it is that you're currently planting and nurturing.
And how does it feel to tend to that growing seedling?
Does it feel as though it's aligned?
Or are there rising feelings of frustration,
Maybe even anger?
Perhaps there's blocks,
Or perhaps it feels easeful and you just need more time.
And these seeds can be the smallest seeds from beginning a new ritual for your day to bigger projects that are currently being worked on personally or professionally.
And if it feels aligned for you,
Begin to close the eyes,
Tune into this space that you're creating for yourself to be with the current seeds that you're planting,
To be with whatever it is that you're creating in your life,
Allowing yourself this moment to be with that creation and be with any rising emotions at this time.
Simply be with them in order to honour them,
In order to hear them.
Breathing in,
Down to wherever your hand is lying,
And bring another hand to your heart space.
Breathing down through the heart,
Towards the hand.
And as you inhale,
Inhale this light,
A white light.
And breathe it down through the heart,
Breathing in love to wherever your hand lies.
Inhaling light,
Exhaling any rising emotions that feel challenging,
Surrendering the body deeper into the space.
Continue with a couple more rounds,
Inhaling this light through the heart,
Towards the hand.
Exhaling any rising challenges,
Knowing that you are creating more space to create whatever it is that's ready to be moved into your life,
To be bathed into your life.
From the smallest,
Smallest creations that can have the biggest impact,
To the biggest creations that will also have a huge impact on your life.
Know that you are worthy of this time and space to honour any rising emotions and any rising discomfort within your cycle.
How our cycles are reminders of exactly where we are on our paths.
And beginning to close down the light,
Knowing it's accessible at any given time.
