The light will call for you when you are ready. When you feel safe again to unwrap, unravel, and emerge from your cocoon. Little by little you will find yourself emerging and spreading a little of the glitter that was lost in the dark. A few tiny pieces will float off into the world. Your body will feel the warmth again. Your eyes will open. They will look up at the sun or the moon in the sky, and you will feel a little more whole. Music from Bensound

When you have found the darkness and are looking for the light.

Today,

Looking for the smallest light in the darkness.

It can feel overwhelming,

Like the darkness is surrounding you.

And that smallest light is just disappearing out of sight,

Out of touch,

Out of your mind.

It can feel as though the light will never reappear.

And you will always feel as though the darkness will surround you.

And that nothing else will change this matter.

It is a fact.

You are in it.

And there is absolutely no way out of it.

I understand that feeling lovely one.

I understand it oh so much.

The thoughts spiral and the process is slow.

You suddenly feel as though nothing will come right and nothing will come good.

But one thing I know for certain,

And I know for sure,

Is that the light will return.

It will return to your heart,

Your soul and your mind.

The light will come and guide the way.

The smallest flicker,

Just out of reach,

Will reappear.

And you will feel a little more of peace and a little more calm.

The light will call for you when you are ready.

When you feel safe again to unwrap,

Unravel and emerge from your cocoon.

You will find yourself emerging and spreading a little of the glitter that was lost in the dark.

Take the time that you need.

You you Take a deep breath And fill the air in your lungs How it expands your chest and feels cool as you inhale deeply?

Breathe out the air now filled with warmth from inside of your body Feel how your body allows the warm air to pass through you like an internal hug the feeling of warm and cool a feeling Suddenly you feel less numb less helpless You're breathing in the cool and breathing out the warmth that lives inside you you Take some time now It takes time for you you you remember The light will reappear when you least expect it to Don't force it to Winter is dark and long and the light in spring will appear when it's ready Nature does not force the light to appear it comes from we least expect it When we think the dark long nights will never end When we forget that we ever had a spring or summer with lighter evenings and the feeling of warmth on our faces And suddenly one day we wake and there's warmer light streaming through Buds appear on the trees and the yellow flowers smile towards us From between the blades of grass suddenly much longer than in the previous days The light will come my darling and when it does remember the lessons and the time you had in the dark Well,

This was an important time for you time for you to heal and learn and grow Oh my love now,
