Taking in this moment too.
Breathe into your pelvic floor.
Leaning into the body and softening this pelvis one breath at a time.
Notice the space that you're in.
Orienting into the space.
Begin to Notice where you are.
Notice what's in the space.
You can keep scanning until you find something nourishing that you can land with.
Using a neutral gaze.
And as you notice this item Notice the edges of it.
The colour of it.
And continue to be with this item for as long as you need.
With the invitation to close the eyes.
This was an invitation,
This space that we're in together,
For the woman who understands for the woman who understands deeply.
That their body might be expressing need through tension,
Disconnection.
Maybe even collapse.
This is for the woman who knows that there's more than just what she is told.
That the wisdom is right there in her body.
She's willing to listen.
Begin to connect with the breath.
Breathing in through the nose.
And out through the nose,
This nasal breathing and feeling the warmth.
The colder air moving in and out,
Or maybe you may not feel a difference in temperature.
Can you feel the breath?
Just there on your upper lip as you breathe in and out through the nose.
And now can you deepen the breath into the body,
Finding a way to connect with the rhythmic movements of your chest.
Noticing the movement up and down.
In this wave-like motion.
In this cycle.
Breathing in through the nose,
Deepening into this space.
Softening onto the earth below as you land here.
Feeling held by the Great Mother.
Noticing what you need right now to be just 1% more comfortable in the space.
Moving so you feel 1% more comfortable.
You're noticing here this cycle where We're bringing in the breath.
To feel the rise and the fall of the chest So can you now connect even deeper?
To the diaphragm,
This space that separates the chest from the abdomen and acts as the central connector muscle.
Your active inhalation means that this dome shaped muscle contracts and flattens downwards and as you exhale passively the diaphragm relaxes,
Returns to its dome shape.
And the air is pushed back out of the body.
Connecting with this diaphragm.
Is essential for understanding your overall pelvic floor.
You don't need to necessarily feel like you've connected just the intention of doing so is plenty in this moment inhaling and exhaling.
Begin to then notice how the air fills the lungs and Then means that the pelvic muscles begin to move and expand to allow the breath to enter the lungs.
This is how we create a connection.
As you breathe in the air.
This expands this space and the pelvic floor muscles expand in response.
And as you exhale the lungs deflate and your pelvic floor muscles contract Here we continue in this pattern,
Consciously connecting to the breath,
The diaphragm.
Your pelvic floor.
This ground floor.
Inhaling through the nose.
Down into the chest.
Feeling the lungs to the diaphragm flattens.
And your pelvic floor responds.
And then as you exhale the pelvic floor responds as the air moves back out through the body this expansion.
This contraction with every breath.
And welcoming you to continue to breathe in this conscious way.
Pausing the audio if you need at any point.
Being careful to not tire your pelvic floor as you connect in this deeper conscious way.
Connecting here for as long as you need.
Noticing how this conscious breathing connecting with this space creates a shift if any.
Does it create a shift?
With your mind,
Your body,
Physically.
Or spiritually knowing that you're connecting with your pelvic floor in this way.
Notice now as you slow the breathing in your own time how your pelvic floor is left feeling.
What arises for you as you connect with this space?
Maybe you begin to move the body and come back to the item that you were with at the beginning.
Maybe you remain in this space breathing for a while longer.
Or maybe you remain eyes closed,
Just being the natural breath.
The invitation is to also open up a journal with any thoughts.
That you could write out and tend to.
The invitation is to take out a notebook and write down any thoughts,
Feelings,
Sensations that arose during that breathing.
During that breathwork moment where you connected with this space.
Just noticing.
Noticing with curiosity what comes up as you connect here with your body in this way.
Witnessing you in this and holding you as you close the meditation.
And continue to tend to yourself.
With so much love.
