Day 8: The Sacral Chakra

The sacral chakra involves creativity, relationships, and sexuality. This is also where we close down if we are carrying intergeneration, lineage, historical or female/male traumas. Those of you that have had any experience with ill-treatment of any kind will find emotions here that can be intense. Take your time, relax the body and CONNECT solidly to the earth first. Build your expansion through the steps you already know and when you are ready turn on the track.

Soul strong meditations, The sacred chakra. In an upright position, Bring your awareness into your body. Begin with a few deep breaths, Connecting yourself to the earth. Staying here as long as you need. When you're ready, Breathing in the earth's energy into the body. Through the red root chakra, Into the sacral chakra at the level of the navel. On your in breath, Allowing the area to start to spin. Breathing in, Letting the color orange expand and spin. Noticing what comes up for you. Every inhale letting orange expand. Noticing what you feel. On every exhale, Beginning to let go and release. This energy center represents creativity, Relationships. Sexuality. Begin to float in orange, Letting yourself be big and letting go of any emotions, Traumas, Sensations, Or pains that come up. Staying brave, Staying expanded. Inhaling energy from the earth, Expanding the center and exhaling and releasing. And as the music fades, Working with the center as you need. Releasing and healing.
