This is where you start to trust your instincts. You already know the answers to your question “what should I do”? Throughout your life, you have had glimpses of your Yes and No. That sixth sense kept you away from a potentially harmful situation. Or something that urged you to start a conversation with a certain person that proved to be serendipitous. Knowing how the answer sits in your body and your ability to read and interpret that feeling...that's the key.

Let's begin in a laying down posture.

Taking some time to get comfortable.

Taking some time to get comfortable.

Bringing your awareness into the body.

Beginning to breathe in to the lower abdomen.

Letting the belly relax on the inhale.

And on the exhale,

Releasing.

Every inhale,

Bringing in that earth energy,

Expanding the lower abdomen,

Creating space.

On your exhale,

Releasing any tension.

And as the body relaxes,

You're going to venture within.

Begin to build trust.

Going past forgiveness into some love.

And now into deep trust.

Breathing in.

Reminding yourself the body does so much for you.

Exhaling,

Releasing any tension.

Inhaling,

Bringing that self love from the heart chakra.

Inhaling,

Expanding that self love from the heart.

Letting it radiate through your body.

Continuing to breathe deeply.

Let's begin with five breaths in and out.

Opening and listening.

And as you continue the opening,

The listening,

The breathing,

The breathing,

The breathing,

The listening,

The listening.

As you continue the opening and the listening,

Begin to notice that you can trust your body.

Begin to see the wisdom of the body.

Every inhale bringing in fresh new oxygen,

Expanding,

And every exhale releasing anything that needs to be released.

Feeling trust,

Knowing that your body knows.

When you're ready,

Asking your body,

Body show me my yes today.

Now noticing how your body responds.

Opening in the body's layers,

In the body's energy centers,

In every cell.

Ask your body,

Show me my yes today.

Breathing in,

Being with the feelings of yes for you.

Ask your body to amplify the feelings,

Amplify the sensations of your yes today.

Allow your body to show you your yes today.

Maybe you notice the area of the body that's warm.

Maybe you notice the color in your mind.

Speaking to you in a way that feels like yes.

Be with your yes.

Work with this yes.

Continue to breathe.

Continue to stay open.

Knowing that there is no,

Knowing that there is no perfect here.

Perfection,

No trying,

No failing,

Just listening,

Just noticing,

Just opening to your yes today.

Let's take five breaths.

Slowly inhaling and exhaling at the rate that feels nice.

Bringing and holding our awareness on the yes.

Now when you're ready,

Asking your body to take you back to neutral.

Maybe shaking out your body a little.

Re-allow your body to melt into the floor.

Relax.

Let your thoughts go.

Let your body take you back to neutral.

Breathing in and out.

Feeling that neutral feeling.

The yes allowing.

Now when you're ready,

Ask your body,

Body show me my no today.

Noticing what that feels.

Maybe it's a pull in a direction.

Maybe a sensation of no.

Maybe a sharpened knowingness.

It's a feeling of no.

Your body showing you your no.

Just be with what's there.

Again knowing there's no right and wrong.

Just you and your body in a place that's open allowing.

Just you and your body in this openness.

In a place of listening.

Ask body show me my no.

Ask your body to amplify your no.

Bringing in a sharpened awareness.

A clear feeling.

Definite sensation.

Body show me my no today.

When you're ready.

Bringing yourself back to neutral.

Re-melt your body.

Allow it to melt into the floor.

Breathing in.

Letting your thoughts go.

Looking within.

That strong,

Amazing feeling of trust.

Seeing now.

You can trust your body.

Body shows you.

It's okay to listen.

It's okay to feel.

It's okay to trust.

Breathing in and breathing out.

That trust begins to build.

Like a rising sun shining through your body.

Begin to see how much you trust your body.

Let's take five breaths.

Allowing this process.

Being present.

Staying inside your body.

Seeing anything that comes up.

Letting your thoughts go.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

And as the music fades.

Staying with the process.

And as the music fades.

Or returning to your yes or your no.

As you feel called.
