The first meditation was a gentle guide to bring awareness inwards into our body and to begin gradually searching for tensions and releasing them with an inhale and exhale. I would like to encourage you to begin every session with this kind of the non-rigid start of simply bringing awareness INWARD and scanning your body to see what is there. Inhaling and exhaling will facilitate the focus and the tension release.

Soul strong meditations laying down earth connect.

We've begun our practice with the beginning where we take a moment laying down scanning the body for tension and with the inhale and exhale we release tension and broad awareness into the body.

Now in the laying down posture with our knees together,

Knees bent and feet flat on the floor placing the hands on the optimum.

We'll take a deep breath in to the lower belly,

Feeling the belly expand and on the exhale sink into the floor below getting heavy,

Getting relaxed,

Inhaling fresh energy in expanding the lower abdomen and on the exhale dropping our awareness down below the building we're in,

Into the earth,

Feeling how the earth feels below,

Knowing that we're connected.

And on the inhale in bringing in earth energy up into your body,

Into the lower abdomen and on the exhale dropping your awareness a few feet below into the earth,

Noticing how it feels,

How solid it is,

Maybe it feels cold,

Breathing in the energy from the top of the earth's core into the body and exhaling down,

Dropping down meters below and as you go deeper,

Feeling how it feels,

More intense,

Maybe more nourishing,

Maybe deeply energizing,

Breathing in energy from that part of the earth into the lower abdomen,

Filling up your body with earth energy and on your exhales dropping hundreds of meters below,

Inhaling and keeping your awareness in the earth,

Dropping down.

When you're ready,

Bringing your awareness deeper down into the earth,

Noticing how it feels,

Enjoying the connection,

Bringing that energy up into your body.

On the inhale and on your exhale now dropping to the center of the earth,

Noticing the energy like a diamond light,

Feeling how it feels and breathing it up into your lower abdomen,

Inhaling,

Expanding your lower abdomen and exhaling,

Placing your awareness back at the core of the earth.

For the next three breaths,

We're going to stay at the core of the earth,

Inhaling and exhaling as deeply as you like.

When your awareness drags,

Bring it back to the core of the earth,

Feeling that energy expanding your lower abdomen and dropping down,

Letting your body relax,

Feeling Mother Earth and how the connection is nourishing,

Inhaling and exhaling.

As the music fades,

Taking your time,

Staying connected as long as you like and as long as feels good.

When your awareness drags,

Bring it back to the core of the earth,

Feeling that energy You You You
