The first meditation was a gentle guide to bring awareness inwards into our body and to begin gradually searching for tensions and releasing them with an inhale and exhale. I would like to encourage you to begin every session with this kind of the non-rigid start of simply bringing awareness INWARD and scanning your body to see what is there.
