Let's begin with a laying down posture,
Allowing the body to relax so fully.
Taking 5 deep breaths in,
Scanning for tension and releasing.
On every inhale,
Really letting that lower abdomen expand.
Let the tension leave your body.
Allow the earth energy to fill the lower abdomen.
Inhaling and exhaling for 5 breaths.
And when you're ready,
Beginning to work with the earth,
Beginning to work with the earth.
In a deep way,
Breathing down to the depths of the earth.
Gradually going deeper.
With every exhale,
Noticing your body relaxing more.
Shifting into healing.
Until eventually you arrive at the core of the earth,
Where you notice that feeling is amplified.
The connection you've built,
Allowing your body to heal.
The connection you've built is tapping into healing.
For 5 breaths we're going to stay at the deepest place at the core of the earth.
In this healing energy,
Breathing in and breathing out.
And when you're ready,
Bringing your awareness into your body.
Taking time with each layer.
One at a time,
Allowing the healing to expand through the layer.
And noticing that deep healing is possible.
It's easy.
All you need is to allow.
Surrender.
Let go of trying.
Stay connected.
Find the places that need deep healing.
And maybe self love.
We're going to stay here for 5 breaths.
Working with the layers of the body.
Inhaling.
And exhaling.
And breathing in and breathing out.
And breathing out.

And when you're ready,
Bring your awareness to your emotional landscape.
Allow your mind to show you any visuals.
Allow your body to show you places that emotions are held.
Notice.
Noticing.
Breathing in.
And on your exhale,
Releasing anything in your awareness that needs to be released.
And then bringing that deep healing to the space that was created.
Filling up any spaces with deep healing.
Noticing how easy that is.
And how incredible it feels to allow healing.
We're going to take 5 breaths.
Filling space with healing.
And then allowing the deep healing to fill that space.
Inhaling.
And exhaling.
And breathing in.
And breathing out.
And then bringing that deep healing to the space that was created.
The DNA,
The cellular level.
And as we visualize the cells,
Where our body brings us to an area,
We bring that deep healing into the cell.
And into the tissues.
And we allow deep healing to help our DNA,
To talk to our genes,
To heal the mitochondria.
We allow the changes to happen as we create healing.
Our body responds.
We feel the change as that deep healing fills the space.
And we notice it's easy to allow.
Take five breaths working with the cells.
And those inhale,
Bringing that deep healing.
Now when you're ready,
We'll take time to melt into that deep healing.
And ask your body to help you become aware of anything else that needs healing.
As the music fades,
Stay with deep healing as long as you need.
