Day 25: Intuitive Integration

An integration track where you integrate all you have learned so far. It is a bit over 40 minutes so make time for it today. Make the leap into the unchartered! As you get into more advanced meditations, you will feel your mind being transported. Wear your earphones. Remember, even if you can’t clearly hear what is being said, your subconscious does hear. Don’t worry - relax and just experience flow.
