You are already enough,

Right here,

Right now.

Feel the calm of the present moment.

What are your goals?

What is it that you want to achieve in your life?

Feel how your intention becomes clearer as you focus on it.

Know that your goals are not somewhere far off in the future.

They are within you,

Here and now.

The strength you need is in this moment.

You don't have to do everything at once.

What matters is the next step.

You can take action today,

Even in small ways,

To move closer to your goals.
