We are in a boring meeting.
We start wandering.
If we don't like something that is going on,
We zone out.
Even right now,
As you hear my words,
There might be competing thoughts trying to attract your attention.
Sometimes those thoughts might be successful in attracting your attention as well.
But while we are fully here,
Withdrawing from everything that is competing for our attention,
Can we be fully accepting of whatever is happening right now?
Accepting is not negotiating.
Accepting is without conditions.
Unless you are physically uncomfortable,
In which case you should change either your posture or your seat.
Accepting can also mean letting things be exactly the way they are.
And when I say things,
I mean everything.
If there is noise around you,
There is no attempt to dislike it.
It's not a problem.
Whatever you are hearing from me right now,
If it is touching your heart,
Great.
If it is not,
Then it's not a problem either.
The I disagree or I agree hammer that we have,

There's no reason to exercise that.

Not that the sounds or sensations,
Emotions and thoughts go away,
But without your interest,
See if you are being affected in any way.
