Hello and thank you for joining me for this meditation today.
Today this meditation will focus on the energy of the heart chakra or the Anahata.
Focusing on this energy to help us bring more love,
Peace,
Joy and happiness into our lives.
So find yourself coming into a quiet room in a comfortable position either sitting or lying down in a place where you will not be disturbed for the next several minutes.
So as you come into this comfortable space,
Closing through the eyes,
Starting to relax the physical body from the top of the head all the way down to the tips of the toes.
Just letting everything relax and become heavy.
Relaxing each and every muscle breath by breath as you start to surrender and release all the tension,
All the worries,
All the cares.
Anything that is no longer serving you,
Allowing it to relax and release here,
At least for the next few moments.
And now let's take awareness to the breath.
On the inhale feeling the ribcage rise and on the exhale letting it fall.
Finding this nice steady flow of breath and letting it be your guide.
And always summon the awareness back to the breath that the mind should tend to wander through this meditation.
And now let's take the awareness to the heart center or the Anahata.
Imagine the energy of this heart center.
Imagine it being a color and it could be any color you imagine it to be.
And imagine with each breath that this color is growing brighter and brighter and stronger and stronger until your heart feels completely full.
Full of love,
Full of peace,
Full of joy and harmony.
Creating an even stronger sense of peace and relaxation.
And through each breath just finding this surrender to open up this energy to more energy that can restore and renew and heal our physical,
Mental and emotional beings.
So imagine as if the heart,
The energy is sending down through your feet like roots of the tree down into the earth way down connecting to the soil of the earth.
Finding this nourishing energy from mother earth.
And focusing on the tension in the physical body any aches,
Any pains,
Any tension,
Any part of the physical self which is no longer serving us right now.
And then just imagine here with the cycle of the breath that this tension is unraveling to be released into the earth.
And on the inhale we bring in more nourishing energy to renew and restore those parts of us that need to be healed.
So continuing the steady cycle of the breath on each inhale and exhale sending it all throughout the body.
Every little part,
Every little cell.
Just imagine it's healing energy flowing through you so you can become whole and restored and renewed.
So your physical body can carry you on your life's path here in this physical existence.
And then taking the awareness back to the heart center and imagine as if branches are growing up from your heart all through the crown of your head reaching up into the sky all the way up reaching toward the Sun reaching this love and light connecting to your light body and your soul connecting to your emotional being your mental being.
And here releasing any thoughts any thought patterns that are no longer serving you any emotions that are no longer serving you releasing sadness releasing fear anger all those emotions that aren't bringing out the best in us.
Maybe reaching out for guidance from our higher self.
Whatever it is we need to be emotionally and mentally restored in this physical existence at this moment in time.
And again imagining with the breath on the inhale finding clarity finding joy in each and every moment in which we live.
Continuing this cycle of breath for as long as we need it and knowing that you can come back at any moment that you need to to connect back into this ever abundant energy.
Then bringing the awareness back to the heart in the cycle of healing your physical body your emotional body your mental body.
So you can become this wonderful beautiful being of love and kindness to share this love with yourself and with others.
To know that there is abundance for everyone of love peace joy and happiness as long as we're open up to receive.
And then from here let's take the awareness back to the heart on the inhale and the exhale.
Imagine this beautiful energy that's surrounding your heart and with each and every breath let's take this energy that surrounds our heart and grow it bigger and bigger and brighter and brighter until it surrounds our entire physical body creating our aura.
Our energy field which surrounds us and connects us to each other.
And as this light surrounds you going to offer you a prayer of protection.
May this circle of light surround you protect you love you and guide you root you to the earth below connect you to the sky above.
May you surround yourself with this light and love.
So taking the awareness now back to the breath.
Taking notice here the quality of the breath if anything has shifted or changed from the beginning of our practice today.
And then start moving the physical body gently back moving through the fingers and toes bringing the awareness back to the body and just slowly letting the thoughts come back into the mind.
And may these thoughts align with more love peace joy and happiness to guide you on the best path for your highest self.
But there's no longer negativity but nothing but hope and faith that you will be divinely guided into the future remaining this being of love and light.
And then from here you can go ahead and slowly start to open the eyes bringing you back into this present moment and completing our meditation practice today.
