'Dropping Anchor' is a short meditation practice coming from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This practice is designed to help you find steadiness amidst the storm of overwhelming thoughts or emotions. It is especially helpful if you’re new to meditation or have a busy mind, including those of us navigating ADHD. In this session, we’ll use simple techniques to ground ourselves in the present moment—no judgment, no pressure, just a gentle way to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the world around you. Regular practice will help you regulate your emotions and feel happy, grounded, and well.
