Welcome to this circuit breaker.

Take a few moments to just settle yourself and let your eyes close if they want to.

When you're ready draw your attention to your breath just as it is.

Where do you feel your breath enter and release?

You don't need to change it just allow the gentleness of its natural rhythm to nurture and sustain you.

You may like to draw your attention to the small movements in your body with the rise and fall of each breath.

Where's the first movement you feel?

Considering how it flows without any control or effort,

Notice the point where that first movement slowly moves into the second.

Where does the cycle of breath begin and end and then continue?

If thoughts arise you can welcome them with a gentleness to following them where you need or returning your attention to that small movements in your body that result from your breath.

Can you soften your breath further?

Noticing how it continues to sustain you with soft almost imperceptible movement but nourishing.

And as we come towards the end of the meditation you may like to take a moment to acknowledge the different sensations throughout your body that the breath brings.

And in your own time you can open your eyes.
