This Circuit Breaker focuses on your breath and body just as it is in the present moment. What are circuit breakers? These short meditations provide swift, instant release and relief from the cycles of stress and tension that many of us feel during a hard day at the office. They are specifically designed to break that cycle, without needing to take time out of your day.

Welcome to this circuit breaker.

Take a moment to settle yourself into your space,

Letting your eyes close if they want to.

You may like to gently roll your neck or shoulders until they come back to a soft neutral position.

In your own time,

Gently guide your attention to the small movements in your body with the rise and fall of each breath.

Consider how it flows without any control or effort.

You don't need to change it,

Just allow the gentleness of its natural rhythm to nurture and sustain you.

These small effortless movements that you carry with you throughout the day.

Just be aware of them.

Be aware of them.

If thoughts arise,

You can welcome them with gentleness too.

If emotions come,

What are they telling you?

And as you sit for a few moments with this gentle movement in your body,

You may like to acknowledge the different sensations throughout the body that your breath brings.

And in your own time,

You can open your eyes.
