This is a circuit breaker that uses mantra on feelings,

Emotions and instincts.

A mantra is really just a repetition of words,

Phrases or sounds that can be used as an anchor to help focus and quiet in the mind.

Gently close your eyes or lower your gaze.

Let your body settle for a few moments and let your mind begin to rest on a word,

Feeling or instinct that you need to cultivate at this present time.

Something that you feel you would like more of.

There's no need to overthink it.

Just go with the word that comes to mind.

Hold that word in your mind as you take a few deep breaths.

Envisage the word,

Expand inside you as you inhale.

Release the word out into the world as you exhale.

You might like to say it out loud.

Do that two or three times.

Let your breath fall to a natural rhythm.

Repeat the word at a steady pace in your inner voice.

Any speed or volume you like.

Rest your attention on the fullness of the word and its natural rhythm.

In your own time,

You can draw this micro meditation to a close and carry that word with you throughout your day.
