Welcome to this circuit breaker.
We're going to shake it off.
So stand up if you can.
Give yourself a little bit of space from your computer or your desk.
Just rest your attention on your right ankle.
Move it around in circles.
Flex the foot back and forth and gradually add some movement at the knee.
Just resting your attention on the parts that are moving.
Now the whole leg from the hip.
Shaking,
Rotating,
Swinging.
You can have some fun with it.
Just keep that movement going.
Rest your attention there.
Gradually move your attention up to your fingers,
Your wrist,
Introducing movement,
Twisting circles,
Flexing back and forth through your lower arm,
Elbow,
Through your torso.
Keeping all of that movement going from your ankle all up your arm,
Up to your shoulder,
Through to your head and neck.
When you're ready you can swap legs.
Starting again at the ankle,
Keeping the upper body and arm moving.
You can keep resting your attention on the newly added movement while you're overall feeling whatever you prefer.
Moving up that knee,
Hip,
Through the torso,
Adding the other arm,
Fingers,
Wrist,
Lower arm,
Elbow,
Upper arm,
Shoulder.
Now big all through the body shake,
Just feeling the movement at the speed,
Ferocity that is right for you right now.
Let it go and focus on all of that movement,
That movement and when you're ready you can stop and come back to stillness.
Just take a few moments to notice that still feeling in your body and when you're ready you can move on with your day.
