In this guided meditation, Michael invites you to gently settle into your body and connect with a sense of deep calm. Through a slow, grounding body scan and the imagery of a warm, glowing light, you'll release tension and let go of emotional weight. No force, just ease. Let this light move through you, softening the places that feel heavy, and offering spaciousness where you need it most. A practice of presence, stillness, and quiet restoration from the inside out.

Go ahead and close down your eyes.

Start to let your shoulders settle.

And then from here,

Just start to become aware of your feet.

Just noticing your feet on the floor.

Aware of your toes.

And then start to draw that awareness into your ankles.

Up into your calves and your shins.

Start to become aware of your knees.

And then draw that attention all the way up through your upper legs.

Into your seat.

And then into your lower back and your stomach.

And then draw all that awareness and attention all the way up through your back.

Into your shoulders.

And then drop that awareness into your upper arms.

Your elbows.

Into your forearms and your wrists.

And then into your fingers.

And then start to notice the muscles in your neck.

Up into your head through your jaw.

Noticing all the muscles within your face.

And then your forehead.

And then up into the crown of your head.

And let's start to imagine that there is a glowing,

Warm light hovering above your head.

And then start to imagine that that light starts to touch down on each part of the body.

And as it does,

It ushers in this sense of warmth and calm and stillness.

Allow for that light to start to enter down onto the crown of the head.

To the forehead.

To the eyes.

The ears.

The nose.

And the mouth.

Letting that light enter into the jaw.

And then through the throat,

Almost like drinking warm honey tea,

Feeling that light soothe all of the muscles in the neck.

And into the shoulders,

Just letting those drop.

Feel that light filter down through the arms,

The elbows,

The forearms,

The wrists,

Into the fingers one more time.

And then again,

Let that light enter through the space between the shoulders.

All the way down the back.

Feeling that light enter into the lower back,

Through the stomach,

And then into the seat.

Through your upper legs.

Your knees.

Your shoulders.

Your shins.

Your calves.

Your ankles into your feet.

And then through your toes.

Feeling that warm light of calm just entering into each part of the body from the top of the head down to the toes.

Feeling that stillness,

That calm,

That peace.

And with the warmth of that light,

Just let anything that you're carrying just drop.

Almost as if it could wash away any of the cares.

And then start to feel that light filtering into the chest.

And as if it could get more intense than it was before,

Picture that light glowing around your heart.

Just feeling so much warmth and stillness and calm as it just circles the heart.

Letting you feel held and safe.

And as that light stays within the chest,

Start to bring to mind whatever feels the heaviest today.

Whatever you're carrying and holding on to that just feels a bit too much.

And without judging it or needing it to go away,

Just let the light start to hold that.

Feel the weight come off of you as you just let it be lifted.

And as you feel the heaviness start to go away,

Just allow for that light to let that care and worry drop.

Almost as if it could sink into the ground beneath you.

And just return to the breath.

Breathing in,

Almost as if you could feel that light enter in through the nostrils.

And as you breathe out,

Just let everything go.

Breathing in,

Feeling that light ushering in that stillness,

That calm.

And letting go.

Feel in for the lightness,

The stillness,

The calm.

And just let yourself be right here.

Nothing to carry,

Nothing to worry about.

Just connected to the light,

Connected to the calm,

Connected to you.

And then whenever it feels right,

Just go ahead and flutter your eyes open.

Taking the space around you.

And just enter back,

Taking that with you.
