Welcome friends.

I am so glad that you joined me.

I want to share with you one of my favorite meditations for the morning.

This is an intention setting meditation where we will connect with our heart,

Visualize our perfect day,

And feel the way that we want to feel.

Let's begin.

Begin in a seated position,

Nice long spine,

Crown of the head towards the sky.

Take a deep breath in and exhale completely.

Again nice deep breath in and exhale.

Bring your awareness to the base of your spine,

Allowing yourself to feel the seat beneath you and your awareness even deeper below the seat deep into the earth.

As you allow your breath to be long and even,

Let yourself feel grounded,

Securely held,

And completely safe.

Allow your breaths to be long and even and bring your awareness to your heart.

Perhaps imagining breathing into your heart space or even bringing a hand right to the heart.

As you begin to settle in,

Release any tension you may be holding on your shoulders,

Relax your jaw,

And allow yourself to begin to drift away.

Begin to imagine your day unfolding in the most perfect way.

Allow yourself to see this perfect day in your mind's eye notice.

Imagine now feeling exactly how you want to feel.

Feel it in your body and allow it to expand with each breath.

And now repeat these affirmations beginning with I am and then state exactly how you want to feel today.

I am,

I am.

As you repeat your affirmations,

Feel the energy in your body lifting as you set your intention for this day.

State your affirmation one more time.

I am.

Breathe it in deeply and exhale.

Now come back into your space gently opening your eyes.

Know that this is a meditation you'll think back to over and over again.

Each morning setting your intention or throughout the day when you need to reset.
