Welcome to the highest self breathwork flow! I designed this practice using the power of the breath, heart coherence, chakra balancing light activation, and visualization. This combination will leave you feeling incredibly energized and with a high vibration! This is my personal daily practice and I am so excited to share it with you. This style of breathwork, including up-regulated rhythmic breathing and breath holds (also known as dynamic breathwork), has been shown to have many physical benefits including reducing inflammation in the body, improving immune function and building resilience in the nervous system.
