Welcome to the highest self breathwork flow.
I am so honored that you're here with me today.
I designed this practice using the power of the breath,
Heart coherence,
A chakra balancing light activation,
And visualization.
This combination will leave you incredibly energized and with a high vibration.
This is my personal daily practice and I am so excited to share it with you.
For the breathwork portion of this meditation we will do two rounds of upregulated rhythmic breathing.
Each round will end in a breath hold on the exhale and then a breath hold on the inhale.
This style of breathwork has been shown to have many physical benefits including reducing inflammation in the body,
Improving immune function,
And building resilience in the nervous system.
Research has also shown that it stimulates the pineal gland which is associated with the third eye and our intuition and if practiced regularly has also been shown to bring us to a gamma brainwave state which is associated with a state of bliss,
Oneness,
And spiritual experiences.
I personally love to do this meditation because it brings me to a deep state of meditation and leaves me feeling energized and calm at the same time.
In the first round of this breathwork we will do a one-one count even breath like this in and out through the mouth.
We'll do about 30 to 40 rounds of this breath followed by a deep inhale and then complete exhale.
We'll hold our breath on that exhale.
I'll cue you after several seconds of that breath hold.
We'll take a big and inhale through our nose filling our lungs completely for our second breath hold and then we'll end this round with an exhale.
Let our breath return to normal for a couple of breaths before we start round two.
In round two we're going to increase our breath to double time again in and out through the mouth it will sound like this.
After 30 to 40 breaths we will follow the same breath hold pattern as in round one.
You don't have to keep track of all of that I just wanted you to have a little bit of a heads-up of where we're going but I will guide you every step of the way so just follow my guidance.
If at any time you begin to feel panicky or the breath feels like too much you can always slow your breath down.
If the breath holds feel too long for you you can shorten the breath hold and return to a normal breath.
It's okay this is your practice and it takes time to build endurance so make it your own.
Following the second round of breath work I will guide you in a beautiful meditation that includes light activation,

And visualization and by the end you are going to feel energized and filled with joy.

We'll begin by just taking a deep breath in.
Nice even breath in through the nose and exhaling out.
Again breathing in from the base of the spine all the way to the crown of the head and exhaling out.
One more breath like that.
Deep inhale and getting ready for our first breath work flow.
So beginning now.
In and out through the mouth.
Keep it going you've got this.
We're almost there.
Getting ready for a deep inhale on five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Big inhale through the nose and then exhale completely.
Holding the breath.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let yourself sink into the music.
You've got this.
Holding the breath.
If you need a little air take a sip in.
Blow it all out and hold the breath.
And get ready for our inhale through the nose.
Deep inhale.
Filling your lungs completely.
Drop your shoulders down.
Little sips in.
Holding the breath.
Filling completely.
Relax the shoulders.
Bringing your awareness up to the third eye and exhaling it out.
Excellent job.
Let your breath return to normal.
We'll begin round two in five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
In and out through the mouth.
You've got this.
We're almost there.
Deep breath in and exhale it out.
Emptying the lungs completely.
Hold the breath.
Relax the shoulders.
Holding the breath.
Take a deep inhale through the nose in five,
Four,
Three,
Two.
Deep inhale.
Fill the lungs completely.
Little sips in.
Let go of the shoulders.
Holding your breath.
Fully expanded.
And we'll release in five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And one.
Bringing your awareness to your heart center.
Breathing in through the back of your heart.
A nice gentle breath.
Breathing out through the front of the heart.
Breathing in through the back of the heart.
Breathing out through the front of the heart.
Bringing your awareness to the base of your spine.
Feeling the seat beneath you.
And now bringing your awareness to your heart.
Begin to visualize your heart center as a beautiful glowing light in the center of your chest.
Allow this light to expand with each inhale.
Let the light radiate from your heart down through your solar plexus,
The sacral chakra,
The root,
And deep into the earth.
And now returning to the heart.
Imagine that light radiating up through the throat,
The third eye,
And the crown out into the cosmos.
Allow this brilliant light to become stronger,
Brighter with each breath.
A beautiful beam of light through your very soul.
Cleansing and balancing every single chakra.
Allow it to begin to illuminate a path in front of you.
Feeling the ground beneath your feet.
Feeling a smile coming to the corner of your lips.
Slight at first,
And then growing stronger into joy,
Excitement.
Come to a narrow part of the path,
Lined with a tropical grove of trees.
Ducking under the branches,
You follow this path.
And as it opens,
You find yourself in a private private cove surrounded by tropical trees,
Sounds of birds,
And the most beautiful golden waterfall.
You feel your eyes light up as you see the sunlight shimmering on this beautiful waterfall.
It is unlike anything you have ever seen.
Breathing it in now,
Taking in the scene.
Feel the joy in your heart.
And now stepping into the pool of water,
Forming at the base of this amazing waterfall.
Immerse yourself in its healing water.
Feel the coolness around your ankles.
Allowing the water to rise from your ankles to your waist as you wade into these healing waters.
Allowing this water,
This golden shimmering water to wash away any fears,
Self-doubt,
Releasing anything that no longer serves you into this pool of water.
And stepping under the waterfall now,
Letting this shimmering golden water wash through your hair and over your face and down your back.
Covering your entire body.
Clarifying,
Rejuvenating.
Emerging from the waters now with the essence of your highest,
Most authentic self.
As you step out of these waters,
Take a seat on a rock nearby.
Allowing the sun to warm your skin.
Feel its warmth against the coolness of your skin from the waters.
You are radiant.
You are a goddess.
A beautiful light radiates from your heart center and surrounds your body in the most beautiful glow.
This is your aura.
The aura of your highest self.
Feel,
Sense your renewed vibration.
Breathing it in,
Letting it expand.
Sense this energy as it extends and radiates from your entire body.
Committed to memory now.
And imagine stepping into the rest of your day with this energy.
Notice how you move.
Notice how you interact.
Notice the expression on your face,
The sparkle in your eyes.
As you move through the rest of your day.
Taking one last deep breath in.
Deep breath in.
And exhaling completely.
And now bringing your fingertips together at your heart center.
We'll press the thumbs together at your third eye.
Breathing in and exhaling.
And then bringing the thumbs to your heart center.
