In this meditation we will experience the power of affirmations on rewiring the subconscious mind. Our limiting beliefs get hardwired into the subconscious mind from a very young age. This often leads low self worth, depressed or anxious mood and generally feeling stuck in our lives. We can rewire these beliefs! Affirmations are best done when we are closest to our subconscious mind. This might be as you are just waking up, in the five minutes before you drop off to sleep or during deep meditation. I also love to do affirmations while I am getting ready in the morning, allowing them to play on repeat just at the edge of my awareness.
