Melissa Nkomo is a somatic educator, mindfulnees guide, and energy healer. Her work is centered on helping people feel safer and more at ease inside their bodies. If you’ve tried nervous system tools, mindfulness, or self-care practices but still feel like you’re doing it “wrong,” this space is for you. Melissa works with the body as an intelligent system — not something to control or fix — and helps her clients explore what regulation, embodiment, and healing actually look like in real life. She believes true wellness emerges when we slow down enough to listen to our bodies' signals and respond with compassion. She is also the founder of Kunye.co, a Somatic Wellness company based in Vancouver, BC.
