In this meditation and mindfulness session, we practice the tender discipline and art of focus. In this short practice, we use the breath as an anchor for our awareness. As the mind wanders, we practice the art of focus by gently guiding our attention back to our breathing. The repetition of this practice helps cultivate our connection to focus.
