Hi my friend.
This meditation is a heart-womb coherence breath.
This practice supports emotional regulation and deepening the connection between our womb and our hearts.
So as we begin,
Inviting any gentle movements that your body is wanting.
Maybe circling your hips,
Rolling your shoulders,
Noticing how your body wants to move before we begin.
You can do this practice lying down.
You can do this practice sitting in a comfortable chair,
Whatever feels best for you.
And as we begin,
Closing your eyes,
Getting comfortable,
And placing one hand on your heart and one hand on your womb.
And as you inhale,
Inviting the breath from your womb into your beautiful heart.
And as you exhale,
Letting the energy move from your heart into your womb.
And really noticing what arises as you continue to breathe at your own pace.
Really inhabiting your beautiful heart space.
And then moving to your womb and really honoring this space.
Often these spaces are not as connected as they can be and they feel separate or there isn't flow.
And so noticing what's here for you.
Sometimes as we do this practice,
There is pain or grief that arises.
Sometimes there is anger.
Letting yourself be with whatever is here.
Continuing to come back to your breath.
Continuing to invite flow.
Really inhabiting these powerful spaces that are yours and only yours.
Breathing in as you invite your breath from your womb to your heart.
And then exhaling as you bring your breath from your heart to your powerful womb.
Notice what it feels like to fully inhabit these spaces.
And as you do this,
Releasing any energy,
Any emotions from these spaces that are not yours into the earth.
You might lovingly say to yourself,
Mine.
These are mine.
Breathing in a deep honoring,
A deep nourishment.
Sending so much love to your heart and to your womb.
A softening,
A release.
And you're welcome to stay here as long as you'd like.
Or if you're ready,
We'll slowly begin to come back into this space.
Inviting any gentle movements back into your body as you deepen your breath.
Maybe slowly opening up your eyes to come back into the room that you're in.
Noticing your environment.
Noticing what is alive for you in your body after this practice.
And bringing a deep honoring for all of your body,
Your heart,
Your womb,
All of you.
Bringing that with you.
Thank you so much for letting me guide you in this practice.
I hope to connect with you soon,
My friend.
