This 8-hour white noise track is designed to support deep, uninterrupted sleep throughout the night. With a balanced, gentle sound profile, it helps mask sudden environmental noise and creates a steady auditory backdrop that supports relaxation and helps your nervous system settle. When played softly, it will give your mind something calm and consistent to settle into. Note: Some people find white noise a bit bright. If you're one of them, you might prefer pink or brown noise, which are progressively warmer and softer. I have tracks using all three options, so feel free to test them out and find which works best for you. For best results, set the volume just above the threshold of awareness. If you can barely hear it, you’re using it exactly as intended.
