And beginning by settling into your posture,
Either sitting or lying down,
If you haven't already,
Lightly closing down your eyes or finding a steady gaze at a point in front,
Consciously softening through your face,
Neck,
Shoulders and your back,
Allowing yourself to sink a little bit deeper down into the support of the surfaces beneath you,
Perhaps for the first time today,
Feeling your breath flowing in and out of your body,
Your breath grounding you here in the present moment,
Simply flowing without any effort or control,
Allowing each breath to draw your awareness inwards,
Beginning to connect in with the experience of your inner world,
Your body soft,
Your breath flowing,
Feeling a deep sense of connection with yourself.
And if it feels comfortable,
You might like to place one hand over your heart and the other on your belly,
Simply becoming a little bit more aware of the sense of connection with these deep intuitive parts of yourself,
Beginning to feel into and connect with your heart and your gut,
As best as you can,
Setting the intention to disconnect from your reasoning mind,
Instead simply feeling and breathing into these parts of your body where your most instinctive self resides,
The home of your intuition,
Trusting in the wisdom of these parts of your body,
Knowing that your intuition holds the answers to so many of life's questions,
That breathing with,
Feeling into,
Connecting with yourself in this way,
Really listening into this small voice within you,
Will help to keep you in alignment and peace.
