Let's begin by coming into a comfortable position.

Either sitting or lying down.

Allow yourself to make any movements or adjustments so that you can feel as comfortable as possible.

Settling deeper into the support of the chair or the bed beneath you.

When you're ready,

Gently closing down your eyes.

Then bringing your awareness into your body by taking a few deep breaths in your own time.

Allow yourself to settle further and further down into the core of your being.

Starting to connect with your most authentic self.

From this place of connection,

I'd like you to imagine that you were in a safe place.

A place where you feel completely at ease,

Happy and peaceful.

Imagine what this place looks like.

The sights,

The sounds,

The smells.

Let yourself completely relax here.

Feeling calm,

Safe,

Peaceful and connected to yourself.

Now remain in this peaceful state while you meditate calmly and start to build your self-confidence.

Kindly and gently repeating each affirmation to yourself in your mind.

Really believing that they are true for you.

I deserve to relax.

I deserve to be happy.

I appreciate myself as I am.

I value myself as a human being.

I am at peace with myself.

I embrace all of my feelings and emotions.

Allowing each affirmation to really sink in.

Continuing to believe that all of these statements are true for you in this moment.

I forgive myself for my mistakes.

Nor people make mistakes.

I know that I am doing the best that I can.

I am a good person.

I forgive myself.

Continuing to relax.

Believing that these statements are true for you right now in this moment.

And gently repeating.

I feel good about myself.

I accept myself as I am.

I accept my flaws.

I accept my strengths.

I accept all of my imperfections.

And I am good enough.

I make time for myself.

I will not feel guilty for prioritizing myself.

As I deserve to take this time.

I am perfectly alright just as I am.

I feel confident.

I feel secure.

I feel at peace.

I accept myself.

I accept myself.

I accept myself.

Take a moment to allow yourself to accept and embrace any emotions that might be present.

Allowing yourself to fully experience any positive or negative feelings,

Sensations that you are having.

And as best you can allow yourself to feel calm and at peace.

Completely trusting in the work that you have done to build your confidence.

Know that you can return here to this peaceful,

Safe state in your imagination.

Any time that you need to relax,

Feel calm,

Confident.

Take with you the feelings of acceptance of yourself,

Belief in yourself as a human being.

When you are ready,

Slowly begin to deepen your breath once again.

Beginning to find movement in your fingers and your toes.

Taking your time to ease your way out of your practice.

And when you are ready,

Gently blinking your eyes back open into a soft gaze.

Filling onto this secure feeling as you return to your day.
