Hello everyone and welcome to The Meditation Channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
And give yourself permission to relax and to go within,
To listen to your breath,
Your body,
And slowly,
Slowly quietening down the outside world.
Amplifying your inner world and just taking a moment to be still and to listen.
And just taking a moment to notice your thoughts.
How do you feel today?
How does your body feel?
Is there tension?
Or are you in a positive mindset,
Feeling good and your body's relaxed?
Just being self-aware and if you notice any tension,
Just breathe through it.
Give yourself permission to let go just a little more.
Trusting the process.
And just taking a moment to notice what it is that is causing any disruptions within your life,
Within your mind,
What is going on right now in your life that is causing a little suffering and creating issues within you.
And when did this start?
When did this issue start?
When was it first created?
And think about how it's affecting you,
Not just mentally but physically,
Emotionally.
Just noticing how your body reacts the minute you think about it.
Does it bring up anger,
Frustration,
Hopelessness,
Sadness?
What is the emotion that it creates?
How would you like to feel instead?
What are the thoughts you would rather have?
And thinking of this,
What is it that is required of you to get to that?
Do you need to face this issue and stop avoiding it?
Maybe you need to be honest with yourself.
Maybe there is something that you need to let go of.
Or maybe there is something that you need to overcome.
Take a moment to reflect upon that.
And now let's invite your guides,
Your higher self and the energies that are here for you in this lifetime.
I want you to visualize a beautiful,
Soft,
White light surrounding you now.
Unconditional support and love.
The frequencies around you begin to clear out.
Allowing a sense of clarity.
Lightness.
Allowing you to receive information and energies.
And just feeling this support.
And now asking your team to assist you in understanding what it is that you need to do in order to overcome this challenge.
To heal it.
To resolve it.
To let it go,
Whatever it may be.

Trust the feelings.
Trust the visions.
