This course is designed to help you understand how your voice functions as a whole-body system, rather than something to control or fix. You’ll learn to recognise the physical, emotional, and nervous system patterns that influence your voice, and how to support it with greater ease and awareness. By the end of the course, you’ll be able to: * understand what has been shaping and conditioning your voice * recognise how breath, body tension, and nervous system state affect sound * create more physical and internal space for your voice to emerge * identify early signs of vocal fatigue and respond with support rather than force * work with natural rhythms and variation in your voice * relate to your voice with more trust, ease, and presence Students can expect: * Clear, accessible teaching without technical or medical jargon * Short, guided awareness practices included in each lesson * An educational approach focused on understanding and self-observation * Practical insights you can apply straight away in everyday life * A calm, grounded learning environment with no pressure to perform This course doesn’t require any prior voice training and is suitable for beginners, as well as those with experience who want a more embodied and sustainable relationship with their voice.
