Welcome to the Intuitive Intelligence Micro-Method as developed by the Institute for Intuitive Intelligence.
This practice can be used at any time when you are feeling stress,
Anxiety or fear in any form,
Including physical symptoms.
This practice will permanently rewire the subconscious fear program that sits behind a stressful or anxiety-ridden thought.
Our true fear sits beneath the surface of our conscious reasoning mind,
So we apply the Micro-Method to any stressful thought,
And in doing so,
Release all the layers of the fear.
The Micro-Method moves us beyond self-awareness.
We move directly from the recognition of the fear into providing the exact conditions required to release that fear.
This is a profoundly simple and elegant process.
It can be done anywhere and at any time.
The more often we do it,
The more efficient we become at that process.
To begin,
Find a time and a place where you won't be disturbed.
Take a comfortable seat with your spine straight.
Notice the stress or anxiety-ridden thought or physical symptom.
Don't be afraid to feel what you are feeling here.
Within a few short minutes,
We will permanently change the subconscious program.
Rate the stressful thought or physical symptom on a scale of 1 to 10,
10 being the most intense.
Our aim is to bring that number down with this Micro-Method.
Now,
If it is safe to do so,
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose,
Letting go through the mouth with an audible sigh.
For the remainder of the practice,
Maintain a slightly extended breath,
Breathing in for 4 counts and out for 6 counts.
With our eyes closed and our breath deepened,
We are signifying to our physiology we are very safe.
We are withdrawing our attention from the superficial world to go within,
To the world within the world.
Place two fingers at the centre of your chest and ask now,
Silently or out loud,
What is the dominant fear in this stressful situation or physical symptom?
You will see,
Hear,
Feel or know the answer.
It will be as brief as one word,
An image,
A sound or a short phrase.
Your intuition is instant and precise.
Now we are going to transmute that fear by holding a high vibration state.
We do this together simply by turning our minds to memories,
Events,
People or places that elicit strong feelings of gratitude,
Appreciation,
Joy or freedom.
Use your mind to bring these feelings to a point of fullness.
This is not a relaxation process.
Be disciplined here.
You may choose to focus on one image or let your mind offer an entire smorgasbord.
Perhaps the warm sun on your skin,
Your feet planted on the earth,
The embrace of a loved one or perhaps your perfect cup of coffee.
Give yourself over to these feelings.
Joy,
Appreciation,
Freedom,
Gratitude.
Allow these feelings to intensify.
Let them amplify.
Let them take you over and fill your entire being.
We will move into silence now to allow you to build these images that evoke strong feelings of joy,
Appreciation,
Freedom.
And gratitude.
Now letting go of those mental images,
Take a deep breath in and let it go with an audible sigh.
Let your breathing return to its own natural rhythm.
Gently now look around for the stressful thought or physical symptom that you rated on a scale of 1 to 10.
When you find it,
Rate it again knowing that the answer,
Like the fear,
Will come to you in an instant.
If the number is above a 2,
Evoke these feelings once more for up to another 2 times.
Each time for about a minute.
We are rewiring the neural pathways in the brain and programming the subconscious with a new,
Higher frequency.
If your number is 2 or below,
Lower your hand to your lap,
Take another deep breath and then let it go.
When you are ready,
Gently blinking open your eyes and welcome yourself back into this new reality.
