Welcome to this three-minute grounding meditation.

Let's take the time to recenter into ourselves and into our heart.

Take your fingers or the palm of your hand and touch lightly on your heart chakra.

Breathe in through your nose for the count of four.

Hold at the top of the breath and breathe out through the mouth with an audible sigh for the count of four.

Let's try that again.

Breathing in through the nose,

Hold at the top of the breath and breathe out through the mouth with an audible sigh.

Letting go,

Letting go.

Bring to your mind now an event,

A place,

A person that invokes deep deep gratitude,

Love,

Appreciation within you.

Feel this feeling.

Feel this feeling with all of your heart.

Let it take over your entire being.

Feel these feelings with every ounce of your being and hold that state as we go into the silence.

And one more time revisit these feelings.

Make them greater.

Feel them.

Feel them with every ounce of who you are and let it go.

When you're ready,

Only when you are ready,

Open your eyes and have a wonderful day.
