This 28-day journey explores seven essential qualities across four progressive weeks. Week 1 focuses on Foundations, gently establishing each core quality. Week 2 emphasizes Deepening the Practice, revisiting each theme with more emotional and cognitive depth. Week 3 centers on Expansion & Integration, expanding these themes outward into action, awareness, and the wider world. Week 4 culminates in Embodiment & Flow, focusing on living these qualities fully and naturally. The daily themes repeat weekly: Day 1 – Presence, Day 2 – Gratitude, Day 3 – Clarity, Day 4 – Intention, Day 5 – Compassion, Day 6 – Acceptance, and Day 7 – Connection. Each daily session is under 8 minutes, designed to anchor your morning with gentle but meaningful insight, short breathing and awareness practices, and emotional tone-setting for the day ahead.


Meet your Teacher

Marius is a meditation guide and sound artist passionate about helping people transform how they begin each day. With a background in music and mindfulness, he creates experiences that blend the power of sound with embodied practices to cultivate presence, gratitude, and authentic connection. Drawing from his own journey of learning to meet mornings with intention rather than urgency, Marius offers grounded guidance that honors the wisdom already within you. Sharing the tools and practices that have helped him and many others to start each day feeling grounded and intentional rather than scattered and reactive. His approach is rooted in practicality over perfection - inviting you to remember who you already are beneath the noise and hurry of daily life. Really well put together course. Not only does Marcus do a great job guiding you through a daily meditation, he provides real content that helps contextualize the focus of the day.
