Deprogramming the Autopilot to Schedule the Here and Now
If we have not discovered that our subconscious can be our best friend, we run the risk of leaving the door open for fears and uncertainties to take control of what our actions will be. Love Yourself To Create New Ideas
When you don't love yourself, you begin to harbor in your subconscious the kind of thoughts and feelings that express fear, conflict, and suffering in your reality. Therefore, on day 2, we will see why it is so important to give up what does not allow you to move forward. You will take into account that your new objective is always to generate ideas in which your self-esteem is reflected in a genuine way.

Fear is a common factor in all human beings, you should not feel bad for experiencing it. It is as natural as all the emotions and feelings that we experience throughout our lives. On day 3 of the course, you will see that feeling afraid does not mean that we should leave it to have a place in our subconscious, so that it decides our thoughts and has the power to create our reality.

We have established a non-conscious relationship on many aspects that subconsciously reflect what we experience. Therefore, on day 6, we will see that it is essential that when we heal our subconscious, we think deeply about what is that bridge that we draw with others. The more we think about how we choose to relate, the more we will learn that it is the result of the relationship we have with ourselves.

Listen to Your Body to Love Yourself Completely
