You are not a good runner if you have tied your feet together. And you are not a relaxed lover to either yourself or others if your love is depending on the circumstances. Then you will always be on some level of alert in the nervous system! If your partner gets cold and shuts down or says something to you that you feel is threatening then you, consciously or unconsciously, interprets that as if your love might be taken away from you. This causes us to go into survival strategies to keep the attachment. And this often causes drama and pain and a feeling of loneliness, relational anxiety, co-dependency, addictions, you name it. In this course, I give you short talks on the subject as well as guided meditations and ceremonies that can support you to curiously experience what sacred love and union is to you and what you need to take steps towards that. We will also look at whats in the way of leveling up your love and relationship to this new state. I recommend the nervous system regulation course as well as level 1 and level 2 before doing this to get the most out of it and support yourself but if you want to dive straight in, that off course fine as well. Meet your Teacher

Mattis supports you to come to a greater sense of wholeness and an embodied connection to your authentic self. Not by fixing you but from seeing you as complete and whole as they are. This safe and present space supports you to relax into your body and dare to allow yourself to feel and heal the deeper traumas and beliefs that unconsciously often run a fear driven life. As he personally has experienced before. Having been in a long relationship, partly stuck in unhealthy co-dependency and pleasing survival strategies he found himself lacking a solid inner core of safety and with a need to have the surroundings prove his worth. He now wants to share his wisdom from years of working with this and the never ending exploration of deeper love and how to create healthy and intimate relationships to self and others. His meditations and courses are all in this direction, to support you to find your own safety and confidence within, not by pushing things away but from turning towards yourself with open arms, and expanding the capacity and presence to be with all that life brings. Its finally safe to slow down... and rest in and experience life from the miracle of your being. He says that you will find that nothing feels more natural, more powerful and joyful and effortless than owning the fullness of you and to allow the intuitive wisdom to shine trough. A constant fascination of the unknown with no need to control it. Mattis is a Certified Master Coach in relationship and trauma coach from Elementum Coaching Institute. He supports men from pleasing and insecurity back to empowerment and inner safety. He also supports women who have been hurt by the masculine to regain their inner safety, their radiance and trust in men and intimacy.

Lesson 1

Why We Need To Love The Source First To Love Others Freely

We go deeper into what can happen to relationships and love when we are not connected to our own source of love within. When it is projected unto someone else out there and specific circumstances. This is also a first step to check in what relationship you have with the source of love, god, love, truth, consciousness or what ever word that suits you. I invite you to listen to this lesson and the rest of this course with an open mind. Listen with the intelligence of your deeper knowing, listen for resonance and what speaks true to you. You need to find out what this all means for you to embody and connect to the knowing of what I speak of. Its so ok if you have no relationship to this aspect of you, I had none some years ago. Being a civil engineer and raised in that direction I had some challenge to this in the beginning until I realized its as clear as the rain on my face.

The Act Of Love - Meditation

Get in contact with the source in you. Experience for yourself what I am pointing at. And in this, we act of love. Bring the practice from this meditation into your day and repeat as often as you can, this will slowly over time open up connection to the love of the source of you. And really be open to feeling your senses, its as clear as feeling the sun on you face.

Lesson 3

Evening Gratitude Ceremony

What a difference a few minutes of connection can make to your well being. Try this every evening before going to bed, with yourself or with a partner. When we actually turn our focus towards gratitude it becomes alive in us, and we feel it here and now. Doing that before going to sleep also regulates your nervous system and you can rest like a humming bird... or like a mouse I saw in a picture that was sleeping in a flower... so cute and I think it slept very well :)

Lesson 4

How To Stop Making Emotions Real In This Moment

Emotions, I have found that to be one of my strongest addictions. I have loved to be swept away by the "good" ones and try to avoid whats uncomfortable. Now I see how much drama this push-and-pull game is creating in my life and how it affect people around me. Emotions make me loose the connection to the love this moment carries and get lost in the stories of how to get what I want, be right etc. But the price for that is LOVE. I hope this session can support you to see your own emotional patterns and get some insight into the deeper reasons why you get emotional. Next lesson will support you more in how to deal with emotions in a new way. All the love!

Lesson 5

Getting To The Core Of Your Emotions

A supportive exercise to divide the emotion from what has activated the echo in this moment. This is a lesson that can bring so much relief and support you to finally get what you wanted back then. And doing this over time will fill your cup and reactivity and emotionality will reduce until you are simply not triggered anymore. Its a mature way to deal with emotions both in a relationship and towards yourself. Supportive instructions to the audio: When you feel emotional - 1. Stop, great you noticed that you are emotional. -2. What am I feeling? (anger, sadness, fear) -3. Where do I feel it and how does it feel in my body? -4. Is it reasonable (wanted for my highest good) to have this emotion in this moment? -5. How old do I feel with this emotion? -6. What did I need back then to do/say/move? -7. Give yourself what you needed. This exercise is also a part of earlier course Level 2 but so valuable to hear many times and supports us do meet emotions in a clear wise way.

Calming Meditation

Doing this course can bring up a lot of both mental and physical resistance. So its important that we find time to relax and ground into the stillness to resource. Opening up for the flow of energy and air to flow trough your body. Enjoy!

This lesson will give you some questions to think about around love, relationships and communication. Without self knowledge its easy to slip into drama, but when we start to see our patterns, to know our fears and to give ourselves support you will become a relational ninja!
