Lesson 1
Getting To Know Your Nervous System and How To Regulate Back To Safety
In this first session you will learn the basics understanding of the nervous system and the different states we move between in our daily life. This session will also instruct you in simple ways of how to regulate yourself back to safety in times of stress, anxiety and anger (activation) or when you feel depressed and in chock (immobilization). A foundation that gets you going in your own exploration of what works for you.
And go gentle on yourself. It is expected that resistance show up when we try new things and challenge the old ways of being. For you to get the most out of this course, be as open and curious as possible for the experiences during this course and know that I am not saying what is right or wrong for you, I invite you to go and see for yourself and take with you what serves your highest good.

Lesson 2
How Early Experience May Shape Our Nervous System
Our nervous system develops early in our life. If we interpret a situation as dangerous as a child our nervous system remembers. But the nervous system can not see that what we might have experienced as a life threatening situation as a child might not at all be dangerous for you in your life right now. But due to early trauma your nervous system might interpret a situation of touch, closeness, emotional expression etc as dangerous and you find yourself having a hard time relating closely to others as an adult. But the great news is that we can rewire out nervous system back to understanding that the situation in this now-moment is safe with these tools. I hope this knowledge brings compassion for yourself and others in affected states. Love is always the answer when we feel safe, but it is easy to fall down into drama and that is why this work has been so important for me to see the difference and learn a way back to clarity.

Lesson 3
Meditation To Support Yourself Back To Safety
This is a meditation that slowly guides you through some regulation methods. This audio can support you when you are triggered or just want to practice the skill of regulation. Use this meditation every day for a week to give yourself as many experiences of regulation as lovingly possible. This will create new neurological pathways in your brain and therefor support your to easier find your way to safety when you are doing this by your self later.

Now things get really interesting. You will create a map of your experience in the different states. This lesson is also a deepening of the potential of embodying this work.
