Lesson 1

Pause - Go For A Short Walk

In our first session, we start with a framing of regenerative leadership, understanding it as a continuous practice of acting from a place of connection – to self, others, nature, and the subtle. We explore the significance of regeneration in addressing planetary boundaries and promoting justice across generations and species. We also introduce the outline of the entire course. Our exploration continues with the first guided exercise, 'Unintentional Perception.' We step into the outdoors to pause and perceiving without any preconceived notions. As we concluded this exercise, we linger with the profound words: 'Take off your shoes, for the place where you stand is holy ground.' We dedicate this meditation to the well-being of all beings.

(Re)connect - From Reaction To Response

After a short check-in and recap of the last session we look at how we can get from reaction to response and practice non-reactiveness and granting ourselves self-compassion and acceptance. Through this practice we step by step enhance our capacity to act from a place of connection, even when strong emotions are triggered.

Lesson 5

(Re)Connect - To The Self And Beyond

Connection to self, others, nature, the subtle is at the very core of regenerative leadership. In this session we will sense into our centre and connect with love, warmth and joy. We will then slowly expand this sensation so it fills our entire body and then go beyond the physical boundaries and proceed into more subtle realms.

Lesson 6

Rejoice - Being In Awe

This session will take place outdoors again. We start with a sensory awareness and then zoom in to notice what other life is there around us. We once more look for connection by entering into a dialogue with the (not so ) other and remain at awe of our encounters.

Lesson 7

Reroute - Take Resolve

After going through the steps of pause, reflect, (re)connect, rejoice we are now looking to take a resolve. Your resolve, like a seed planted in the fertile soil of your mind, requires the nurturing touch of sincerity and consistent practice. Each repetition, a drop of water sustaining the growth of your intention. So this is a very special lesson today and one which will have an impact on your way of being and doing.
