Together we will embark on a visionary journey.

Please make sure that you have at least half an hour and are at a place where you are understepped.

You're going to keep your eyes closed the entire time until I tell you that it is time to open them again.

You can either sit or lie down,

Ensuring to make yourself comfortable.

We will start by letting go of any tension.

Take a deep inhalation through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Do this three times.

Then put tension in your body,

Making fists,

Pulling up your shoulder,

Tightening the bottoms,

Stretching the legs and feet and even tightening the whole face,

Making a grimace and then letting go.

Let consciously go of your toes,

Relax your legs and let them fall slightly outwards.

Relax your buttocks,

Your hips,

Maybe you want to wiggle a little bit side to side.

Let go of your shoulders,

Release your arms,

Open your hands,

Turn your head slightly side to side until it rests in a comfortable position in the middle.

Dreaming the future and visioning.

Imagine making a journey through space and time to a place in the future,

A place where your abilities,

Your desires and needs of the world complement each other perfectly.

A place where what you do feels meaningful and you're needed for who you are.

A place where you feel comfortable.

A place where you can flourish and live your creative potential.

Exactly where you want to be.

Imagine that this place exists.

You will now spend a day at this place.

Imagine how you're waking up in this place.

You slept deeply and well so you need time to fully wake up and to arrive completely.

What woke you up?

Was it the light?

Was it a sound?

A smell?

Another person?

As you slowly wake up you look around the room.

What does it look like?

You get up and go to the window.

Do you live in the street with trees and many people?

In a house or an apartment?

Together with other people or alone?

Will you prepare yourself for the coming day?

Do you eat breakfast?

Read something?

Hear the birds whistling?

Do you leave the house to work or do you stay at home?

Do you work alone or with others?

In what kind of building?

Or even outside?

If you have a commute to work,

Do you go there on foot or by bike?

By car or by train or any other means of transport?

Go through this morning step by step and perceive what you see,

What you hear,

What you smell,

What you sense on your skin,

What you feel,

Events,

Activities and encounters.

At some point the morning turns into noon.

Maybe you eat something.

Do you prepare your own meal?

Do you buy takeaway or do you go out to eat with others together or alone?

At home or away?

Do you take a rest after lunch?

Then go step by step through the afternoon.

Does your work look different now than in the morning or are you doing something similar or even the same?

Perceive what you see,

What you hear,

What you smell and what you feel,

Events,

Activities and encounters.

Who do you work with?

In what way do you work together?

At some point the afternoon turns into the evening.

Is the evening private or does it have something to do with work?

Are you at home or away together with other people or alone?

Go step by step through the evening and perceive what you see,

What you hear,

What you smell and what you feel,

Events,

Activities and encounters.

Now the evening is also over.

You are back home and have the usual preparation for going to bed like brushing your teeth etc behind you.

You lie in bed and let the day pass by again.

The highlights,

What you enjoyed that day and also the difficult moments,

The things that might have been a bit tedious.

You remind yourself what you liked that day,

Where you felt joy and very hard was most resonant.

Then your thoughts wander into the future and you perceive what things you're looking forward to in the near future,

Which projects not yet realized are waiting for you and which tasks lie ahead of you.

Then your thoughts move into the past.

With the view into the pastime,

Memories appear.

You think back to the moments in which you worked intensely on your future and the future of your engagement with your work.

You perceive how much time has passed since then and feel grateful for the way you have traveled.

You look at this path again and recognize the moments that were connected with much joy and also the moments that were perhaps difficult.

The image of the person you were when you were working so intensely on your future becomes more and more obvious.

You get the feeling for the thoughts and images,

For the fears and hopes of that time and perhaps the need arises to say something to this younger self.

You say it in confidence that the younger you will get this message.

You then travel after this message through space and time back to the moment when you had a dream of the future in a nice comfortable place.

Allow yourself time to fully arrive in that space and trust that you will remember everything important to you.

Take a few deep breaths,

Yawn and stretch if you should feel like it and try to take some more time and arrive here and now.

Should you have to need to stay a bit longer with these pictures and impressions you can take the time also to write down or draw or just let the pictures linger.
