Each session is rooted in the natural rhythms of February, inviting stillness, self-compassion, and subtle inner listening. There is no need to push forward or set intentions. Instead, these reflections encourage rest, awareness, and trust in slow, unseen processes. You are welcome to come just as you are. Tired, uncertain, hopeful, or simply present.
