Day Two: We’ll be focusing on cultivating resilience and inner strength. Resilience is the ability to adapt and bounce back when things don’t go as planned. It’s about not just surviving but thriving in the face of adversity. Inner strength, on the other hand, is the core of who we are – it’s our ability to remain steadfast and true to ourselves, even when the world around us is changing. Ask yourself, "How can I cultivate resilience in my daily life?" and "What strengths and values can I draw upon during challenging times?"

Day Three: Self-compassion is about treating ourselves with the same kindness and understanding that we would offer to a dear friend.
