The beauty of starting your day with mindfulness is that it aligns your mind, body, and spirit from the beginning. It helps you stay calm in stressful situations and stay focused on what truly matters to you. Over time, this simple practice will help you feel more centred, connected to your heart, and aligned with your purpose. Listen to these free talks daily, and you will feel a shift and more alignment with your purpose.

I'm so happy you've taken this moment to be here.

Today we're talking about morning mindfulness.

A practice that when done daily will completely transform the way you start your day.

When you win the morning,

You win the day.

Imagine waking up each morning feeling grounded,

Centered and connected to your heart and your true self.

That's what we're aiming for.

By spending 10-15 minutes in mindfulness each morning,

You can align your thoughts,

Energy and heart,

Setting the tone for a more peaceful,

Purposeful,

Focused and calm day.

The more consistently you practice this,

The more you'll notice a shift in handling stress,

Making decisions and connecting with the world around you.

It's a small act of self-care that ripples out into every area of your life.

My name is Jo and I'm your guide.

I've been on a big journey of self-discovery.

I'm here to share with you everything I know about aligning with purpose,

So that you can feel a deeper sense of love and connection with everything you do.

Now let's begin by finding a quiet,

Comfortable place to sit.

Close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs and then exhale slowly through your mouth.

Do this a few more times,

Allowing your body to relax more with each breath.

As you continue to breathe,

Focus on how the air feels as it enters and leaves your body.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest.

If your mind starts to wander,

Don't worry,

Just bring your attention back to your breath.

This is the heart of mindfulness,

Bringing yourself back to the present moment,

No matter what not what distractions arise.

Now as you sit here breathing,

Take a moment to set an intention for your day.

Ask yourself what kind of energy do I want to carry into the day ahead?

Maybe you want to feel more focused,

Calm,

Grateful or connected.

Now hold that intention in your mind for a few moments and let it guide you throughout the day.

The beauty of starting your day with mindfulness is that it aligns your mind and body and spirit from the very beginning.

It helps you stay calm in stressful situations and stay focused on what truly matters to you.

Over time,

This simple practice will help you feel more centered,

More connected to your heart and more aligned with your purpose.

In closing,

I encourage you to make this practice a daily habit.

Take mindfulness moments throughout the day.

The more you integrate this into your practice,

The more you'll feel the benefits.

Less stress,

More clarity and a deeper sense of purpose.

Remember,

Your purpose isn't found in the chaos of life,

It's found in those quiet moments when you connect deeply with yourself.

Tomorrow,

We'll explore another essential part of aligning with your purpose,

Moving your body with intention.

Whether it's yoga,

Stretching or a mindful walk,

Movement is a powerful way to reconnect with your body and spirit.

I can't wait to guide you through this practice until then,

Have a beautiful day and I'll catch up with you tomorrow.
