In this course, we will explore and heal some very common beliefs that create in us a sense of fear and lack, and therefore, limit love, happiness, peace, and prosperity. The purpose of this course is to bring awareness to the hidden programs that may be sabotaging your life, giving you new awareness and knowledge, so as to create love and abundance. We begin by defining the difference between the soul (love) and the ego mind (fear). Fear-based beliefs create the vibration of lack, while loving beliefs create the vibration of abundance. Each lesson contains a talk, followed by a guided healing meditation to embody the teaching.

Lesson 1

Love And Fear

Talk: There are only two vibrations in the world: love and fear. Similarly, there are only two vibrations through which we can live our lives: love or fear. Fear is created from our ego mind, the fearful self that believes that there is never enough of anything, that we are all alone, and that we have to fight our way through life. Love, on the other other hand, comes from our soul, which is connected to the all-powerful and all-loving Divine Source. We are capable of channeling this universal power when we are connected to it. We are all beings of infinite potential, and through soul connection, we become aware of this and become the powerful creator or our own life. Meditation: This is a mindful meditation that includes self-reflection and affirmations.

Lesson 2

I'll Be Happy When ...

Many of us believe that we are going to be happy when we reach a desired outcome. If we are relying on an outcome for our happiness, it will be short-lived. True happiness can only be found from within. It follows that this inner fulfilment will create our outer fulfilment. Gratitude for everything we have now is the most powerful way to feel happy and to draw us to our future desires. Today we will do a mindful meditation with self-reflection on gratitude, body awareness, and surrendering your future desires and affirmations.

Lesson 3

My Life Would Be Better If It Weren't for ...

Many of us believe that our lives would be better if it weren't for a current or past challenge, and this keeps us in the vibration of lack. The soul truth is that everyone comes into this world with their bag of rocks, and while some bags of rocks look worse than others, few of us would exchange our problems with anyone else's. We are here to transform and grow. We do this through challenges, not through easy times. Challenges are built into every life and are the keys to realising your full potential. Rather than resist your challenges, embrace them and be as if you chose them, because on a soul level, you did. Your challenges are an important part of your soul's journey in this lifetime, and when you transcend them, you ascend to a higher level of consciousness. Today we will undergo a mindful meditation that includes self-reflection, body awareness, and affirmations.

Lesson 4

There Is Not Enough

The ego mind is programmed to believe that there is not enough of anything - love, money, time, praise, recognition - which keeps you in a state of fear, anxiety, and lack. But the soul truth is that in every moment there is enough. The more connected we are to the Source, the more we are shown this and know this. True prosperity is not a place where we finally arrive. It is an ongoing process of living your truth and following your bliss wherever possible, and truly knowing that you are supported by a loving Universe that wants to provide the means through which you can do this. Many of us grew up in families with a lack mentality, but the truth is that abundance is our divine right. Abundance is in constant flow. The answer to the problem of not having enough isn't about having more. It's about having enough. It is balance. Today we will practice a mindful meditation that includes self-reflection, body awareness, prayer, and affirmations.

Lesson 5

I Am Not Enough

To some degree we all believe that we are not enough, and yet the truth is that we are so much more than we believe ourselves to be. Every relationship and situation in our lives reflect back to us and what we believe about ourselves. No one can make you feel not good enough without your approval. On a human level, we are all faulty. There is no such thing as a perfect human being, but on the soul level we are all perfect, whole, and complete. Our ego mind constantly measures us against a false idea of perfection and constantly compares us to someone who is better than us in some way, thereby reinforcing a sense of lack and not being good enough. Comparison is the thief of joy. We are all unique and this is reflected in the poem by Slateford Longstone, "You are Special." Today we will undergo a mindful meditation that includes self-reflection of self-beliefs, a clearing prayer and affirmations.

Lesson 6

Love Hurts

Most of us have been hurt in the past, which creates a fear of being hurt again. We are all here to learn about love - what love is and what love is not. As we come to know love and be loved, we heal ourselves and our lives. Many of us confuse love with other things - imposters of love - and these imposters are what hurt us. Love only heals. There are 10 common imposters of love: power and control, sacrificing, caretaking and pleasing, dependence, rescuing, guilt, idolising, addiction, demanding perfection, and narcissism. These imposters are created by the fearful ego mind, pushing love away. Love hurts when we are not loving and are only confusing love for something else. Today we will undergo a mindful meditation that includes self-reflection on the imposters of love, plus affirmations.

Lesson 7

It's Impossible To Forgive

Forgiveness can feel like the hardest thing to do if you feel deeply hurt or betrayed. Deep hurt can feel like a wound that cannot heal, but the only way to heal is through forgiveness. Forgiveness is not condoning what was done. It is accepting what happened and choosing to let go of the toxic emotions that are harming you and holding you back from living your best life. Forgiveness is the most powerful thing you can do for yourself. Forgiving our parents for not being the parents we wanted them to be, forgiving those who have hurt us, and forgiving ourselves set us free. Surrendering your inability to forgive to the Divine Source by saying "I am willing to forgive" is the first step in the process of forgiveness. Today we will practice a mindful meditation that includes self-reflection, prayers, and affirmations.

Lesson 8

It's Not Safe To Change

Most of us fear change to some degree. It is the nature of the ego mind to be averse to change, but change is inevitable. Life is a series of things building up and breaking down. Change is essential to the flow of life and to your growth. We must learn to move and flow with the process of life to accept change. Our true potential lies in the unknown, not in the known. The unknown is the field of infinite possibilities. A non-expansive life becomes a small and tragic life. Many of us fear change because it may involve loss. We may also fear losing love and approval from others if we change, but we must learn to love and approve of ourselves rather than seeking love and approval from others. Be proactive with change. Making small gradual changes is easier than taking giant steps, and small changes made over a period of time will eventually lead to big changes. The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. Today we will practice a mindful meditation that includes self-reflection, body awareness, and affirmations.

Lesson 9

Life Is A Battle

Life can feel like an uphill climb for many of us believing that "life is hard", "I have to work hard for a living", "I never get to do what I want", or "You've got to fight to get ahead." As long as there is an enemy within, we will continue to create enemies in our outside world - be it other people, an overwhelming schedule, or a need to push through life. But the real enemy within is the ego mind. The soul knows that the more peaceful within we feel, the more smooth the journey becomes. The soul is journey-driven and the outcome is just the fulfilling by-product of a fulfilling journey. The ego competes. The soul is true to itself and its journey. When we are soul-driven, we surrender and we focus on being the best person we can be. We don't need to compete with anybody. We let go and we trust. We live and work at God's pace which feels easy, joyful, and flowing. This is a mindful meditation that includes self-reflection, surrender, visualisation of healing light, and affirmations.

I'm Not Safe And The World Isn't Safe

Talk: The world is far from perfect right now, and it always has been that way. You are an eternal being; your soul always was and always will be. This world is just one plane of existence. Some say it is an illusion. When we realise that we are eternal, we realise that we are always safe, no matter what. Most of us are concerned for the state of the world, and yet all is perfect on the spiritual level. Fear is our greatest enemy. Love is the only vibration that heals. We must be the change we wish to see in the world. Meditation: This is a mindful meditation that includes self-reflection, visualisation, body awareness, and affirmations.
