That was quite useful as I learned something. For much of my life my higher chakras were too open and some of my lower chakras were blocked. I have been working with those for some time and now it’s the top three chakras that are most blocked. I’m in the later part of my life now and it must be time to allow them to open, starting with the throat chakra, which is quite appropriate since I’m struggling with finishing a book. Thanks!🙏🏽
