Chakra Cleansing Meditation For Infinite Abundance

A chakra clearing meditation to heal the false concept of lack, by focussing on each of our seven energy centres (chakras) and clearing the energetic blocks that limit the never-ending flow of abundance that the Universe wants us to enjoy.

In this meditation we are going to be healing the false concept of lack created by our ego mind by focusing on each of our seven chakras and clearing away the energetic blocks that are limiting the never-ending flow of abundance that the universe wants to send us to enjoy.

Abundance embraces every aspect of our lives.

We are all worthy of an abundance of love,

Self-expression and meaning,

An abundance of money and things,

An abundance of success and of good health.

Find a quiet place now and sit comfortably.

Close your eyes and as you breathe in,

Imagine breathing in light and as you breathe out,

See and feel that light being released into your body.

Take a moment to do this.

And now relax and let go.

Allow every muscle in your body to relax,

Starting with your head,

The muscles in your face and jaw,

Your neck and shoulders,

Breathing out and letting go.

Relax your arms and hands and fingers,

With every breath out let go more.

Your chest and upper back,

Your torso,

Middle back,

Your pelvis,

Hips and sacrum,

Breathing out all tension.

Relax your buttocks,

Your upper legs,

Lower legs,

Feet and toes.

Allow your body to simply relax.

This is your time to come home to yourself and give yourself the gift of healing.

Feel yourself here and now.

Our current physical world here on earth is skewed towards the concept of lack,

Leading us to believe that there is never enough,

That we must struggle to survive,

That what we want is always out of reach.

But the truth is that we are always looked after if we choose to trust and believe that there is always enough of everything.

Now feel and sense your base chakra at the base of your spine in the area of the perineum.

Visualise now a red ball of energy and feel into this area.

The base chakra is your centre of safety and security,

Where you hold your survival instinct.

This is where you have a sense of whether or not you belong and a sense of home and family.

When this chakra is balanced,

You feel grounded and centered and safe.

As you feel into this chakra,

Imagine now a cord of light descending from your base chakra down,

Down,

Deep into the earth,

All the way down to the earth's core,

Where the earth's wisdom is stored.

And as you connect to the earth's wisdom,

Know that encoded into you is the knowledge that you are always looked after if you allow yourself to trust.

The earth has your back.

It wants to support you and provide for you.

Let go of that old conditioning that has created lack.

Let go of that old hardship paradigm.

Take in a deep cleansing breath.

And as you breathe out,

Breathe out the energy of lack and limitation from your base chakra.

And again.

And once more.

Feel and see white healing light wash through your base chakra,

Clearing away the old beliefs,

The lack vibration and all the karma it's been creating in your life to date.

Surrender now to mother earth and ask her for what you need.

It may be more money,

Maybe a new job or a new home.

Is it to feel safe and secure?

Thank the earth for her loving support and let go of how the desire will be sent to you.

Allow yourself to let go and trust.

I am safe because I am always provided for and I trust.

And now bring your attention upwards to your sacral chakra about six inches below your navel and visualize an orange spinning sphere energy.

This is your creative chakra and it's also your center of sexuality,

Intimate relationship,

Manifesting,

Career and money.

When our sacral chakra is out of balance,

We may feel blocked in our creativity,

Our career,

Our ability to manifest or to attract or enjoy an intimate relationship.

We may believe there isn't enough love in our lives,

That we can't create what we want or that we don't have enough of anything.

Now as you feel into your sacral chakra,

Know that you are divinely creative and you have the ability to manifest all that you desire.

But you must seek first the kingdom of heaven.

That means go to the source from where everything comes.

Don't allow your ego to disconnect from the source and go it alone.

You are a co-creator,

Whether you want a loving relationship,

A higher income,

A sense of creativity and meaning or to find your life purpose.

Take in a deep cleansing breath and as you breathe out,

Breathe out the energy of lack and limitation from your sacral chakra.

And again.

And once more.

Feel and see white healing light wash through your sacral chakra,

Clearing away the old beliefs,

The lack vibration and all the karma it's been creating.

In your life today.

I am a co-creator and I have all the resources within me to manifest my desires.

Feeling and sensing now into your solar plexus,

You are now able to feel the energy of your inner self.

Feeling and sensing now into your solar plexus chakra just below your ribs and seeing a yellow spinning sphere of energy.

This is your center of self-worth,

Self-confidence and your relationship with self and others.

When the solar plexus chakra is out of balance,

We can believe that we are not good enough,

That we don't deserve,

That we're not worthy or we may lack self-confidence.

Low self-worth is the greatest block to abundance.

If we believe we're not deserving or worthy,

Our outside world will reflect this.

It is time to let go of this old conditioning.

It is time to open up to the truth of who you really are.

You are a part of the creator and you are both powerful and worthy of all that you desire.

You wouldn't be here otherwise.

So take in now a deep cleansing breath and as you breathe out,

Breathe out the energy of lack and limitation from your solar plexus chakra.

And again.

And once more.

Feel and see white healing light wash through your solar plexus chakra,

Clearing away the old beliefs,

The lack vibration and all the karma it's been creating in your life to date.

I am powerful and I am worthy and deserving of my abundance.

And now move your focus upwards again to your heart chakra at the center of your chest and visualize an emerald green spinning sphere of energy.

Your heart chakra is your center of love,

Compassion and forgiveness.

If your heart chakra is closed or out of balance,

You will be limiting love and love is the vibration that creates all that fulfills us.

If we are not in the vibration of love,

We will be in the vibration of fear and fear creates all that we don't want.

Love must always start with ourselves.

Are you loving yourself?

Are you compassionate towards yourself?

And are you kind to yourself?

Do you forgive yourself?

Do you forgive yourself?

Do you forgive yourself?

Do you forgive yourself?

As you breathe in and out of your heart chakra,

Allow your heart to relax and expand.

Are you loving others?

And are you kind and compassionate towards others?

Is there anyone you need to forgive?

Wherever we are withholding love or not forgiving,

We will be blocking aspects of our abundance.

Be willing now to love yourself more,

To be kind and forgiving towards yourself,

To love others more and be kind and forgiving towards them.

Let go of judgement,

Let go of criticism,

Of self and others.

Take in a deep cleansing breath now and as you breathe out,

Breathe out the energy of lack and limitation from your heart chakra.

And again.

And once more.

Feel and see why the healing light washed through your heart chakra,

Clearing away the old beliefs,

The lack vibration and all the karma it's been creating in your life to date.

I am willing to love more and judge less.

I am willing to forgive myself and others.

I am love.

And feeling now into your throat chakra at the centre of your throat,

Envisioning a light blue spinning sphere of energy.

This is your centre of expression,

Choice and will.

If the throat chakra is out of balance you may find it difficult to express yourself or speak up for yourself.

You may struggle to make the right choices or you may struggle with addictions.

All these things will sabotage your abundance and it's time to let go of the self-limiting beliefs that are blocking your throat chakra.

You are here to express yourself and it is safe to do so.

You have the ability to make divinely right choices.

Ask to be guided and have faith.

Do you have addictions you need to let go of?

Start with being willing to let them go and ask for assistance from the divine source.

Take in a deep cleansing breath and as you breathe out,

Breathe out the energy of lack and limitation from your throat chakra.

And again.

And once more.

Feel and see white healing light wash through your throat chakra,

Clearing away the old beliefs,

The lack vibration and all the karma that has been creating in your life to date.

I express myself with love.

I speak my truth with love.

I make divinely right choices and I have faith in the outcome.

Focus now on your third eye chakra at the center of your forehead visualizing an indigo spinning sphere.

Indigo is a deep purple blue color.

This is your center of intuition and truth.

If the third eye chakra is out of balance,

We may lack clarity and have an inability to see the truth.

Encoded within you is all truth,

All wisdom,

All knowing and yet our conditioning is blocking this.

Know that it is all within you,

Everything you need to know from one moment to the next.

Take a deep cleansing breath in and as you breathe out,

Breathe out the energy of lack and limitation in your third eye chakra.

And again.

And once more.

Feel and see white healing light wash through your third eye chakra,

Clearing away the old beliefs,

The lack vibration and any karma that has created in your life to date.

And now focus on your crown chakra at the top of your head visualizing a light lavender color.

It's from your crown chakra that you connect to your source.

Visualize the light cord between your crown chakra and the source.

This chakra is your center of guidance,

Faith and trust.

If your crown chakra is closed off,

You may struggle to trust in the universe.

You may literally feel like you are in the dark.

You could feel depressed or profoundly alone.

Again,

It is our conditioning and wounds that creates this sense of disconnection.

As you visualize the light coming down from above into your crown chakra,

See it beaming down through all your chakras now and descending into the earth.

You are connected to both heaven and earth.

The more light you allow in through your crown chakra,

The more powerful a light being you become.

You are always divinely guided if you allow it.

Be open now to signs,

Inspiring ideas,

Messages from unexpected places and divine synchronicity which shows up when you surrender and trust.

Know that the universe is already orchestrating all that you need.

Just let go and trust.

I am divinely connected to my source now and always.

I am open to signs and guidance.

I let go and I trust.

And now take a moment to give thanks for all that you already have.

Give thanks for the small things.

And give thanks for the opportunity to be still and to heal.

Allow yourself to feel abundant in this present moment and know that there is always enough and there always will be.

Have faith that as you expand and grow,

So will your abundance.

Give thanks for all that you have had,

All that you have and all that you shall have.

Breathe in abundance.

Breathe out lack.

Breathe in faith.

And breathe out fear.

Feel yourself now grounded,

Present in the here and now.

Wiggle your toes.

Move your shoulders.

Open your eyes and smile.

That was quite useful as I learned something. For much of my life my higher chakras were too open and some of my lower chakras were blocked. I have been working with those for some time and now it’s the top three chakras that are most blocked. I’m in the later part of my life now and it must be time to allow them to open, starting with the throat chakra, which is quite appropriate since I’m struggling with finishing a book. Thanks!🙏🏽
